I am so sorry Sandra. We appreciate that you noticed our awesome staff. The rooms are kept clean and neat because updating is not in the plans at the moment. You said the breakfast was not as described, I wonder were you read about it, we normally bill it as a Continental breakfast plus. I truly wish I could make this up to you.

We are working to replace the other half of the carpets, and keep things looking and working well. I know it's a great problem to be too busy, but we are doing everything we can to keep the Microtel up to our guests high standards.

Thanks Michael, I am glad you found a nice clean room and enjoyed our friendly helpful staff at check-in. We have installed new carpet in over 1/2 the rooms and we are looking at installing tile in the other 1/2. We normally clean our carpets whenever we find a stain, but we've been so busy lately, we can't keep people out of the room long enough to shampoo.
