“When we arrived the toilet would not flush without pushing on the float inside the tank. There was no water in the tank. After it filled it would flush. This happened 3 more times while we were there. The window was open on one side & the screen was broken. There was a black stain on one of the sheets. The ice maker was not working. The breakfast had very little to offer. No fruit or juice at all.”

“From the moment we checked in, this stay was disappointing. The front desk employee was unfriendly and only said “ID,” “credit card,” and “it’s on the second floor.” No additional information was provided about the amenities, or breakfast, which is typically mentioned during check-in. The room itself had several issues. There were nails sticking up from the floor where the carpet was torn near the bathroom tile, which felt unsafe.
