Mixed up and messed up

Pros: Location
Cons: Just about everything - attitude - the clerks obviously do not like Expedia guests. Cleanliness - if our room was an example - just move on
Location: Close to freeway
First, it was my fault we got charged for reserving the wrong night - and they were not willing to help at all - Expedia reservation they said - sorry. But we needed a room for the night so we decided to check out the room and decide if we wanted to stay there or not. The desk clerk gave us a room key and sent us to the room. Our floor was being renovated - room numbers were on the floor, plaster dust everywhere. Our room was not ready for guests! The toilet seat was up, and someone had obviously been laying on the bed. We left and stayed elsewhere. I rated the room comfort based on my expectation of what it would have been had we stayed.

It was a good experience all the way.Only thing that was a little disappointing was the pool and spa were closed do to remodel.Can not really argue when improvements are being made.

No One at Front Desk

Pros: Nice choices for breakfast.
Cons: More Staff to cover desk and client needs. A freezer in their refrig--although they did have an ice machine we were traveling with reusable ice packs
Location: Not Sure. Stayed in. Hwy nearby and Chevron across the street.
When we arrived, 4:05pm there was no one at the front desk. Another client came through and was upset--he and his wife were put on the 2nd floor when they had requested the first due to health issues . . . then another man came in and waited with me. I finally called the number you provided and was told he was on his way--something about fixing a microwave. I waited over 10 minutes to check-in. The place was under construction, and our hallway was not completed yet on the 2nd floor. The room interiors were freshly painted and redecorated but the rest of the place . . . .

Run down poorly remodeled

Smelly worn out towels so thin would not soak up water, Sheetrock rotted in bathroom near tub,sheets torn BUT no bedbugs that's a plus breakfast bar sad waffles and toast and cereal about it

Pros: Ease of booking. Easy on/off I-10
The hotel is easy to find and a decent value for the price. We stayed one night on our way home to Colorado. It was what we expected.

What do you expect for $60 per night?

The hotel needs a remodel. it might be in the stages of one, but it was rundown and dingy. There were peices of food under the covers of the bed. It was gross. I alo found a fingernail on top of the blanket on the bed. Very small room and very cheap looking. Once my family and I saw what was for breakfast we left. Pretty disappointing.

Was in process of remodel was put in where working

Breakfast was continental except for waffles. Free WiFi was a disappointment! Spinning, spinning, spinning! Tried to use maps on IPad and phone and could not access. Price was very reasonable for a room with a king size bed.

Nice hotel clean & comfy.

Pets stay free so that was a big bonus since we have 3 dogs. Rooms were clean & modern. Wifi worked well. Only complaint was that at least 2 styrofoam cups were wet & appeared to be used.... Free breakfast was good but could have used a second waffle maker as it was lined up.
