Denali Gem

What a great place to stay! Friendly and welcoming, great location only a stone's throw from Denali. Cosy cabins with a great restaurant serving delicious home-made food. Cannot fault this place. Very much enjoyed the stay.

Absolutely what you would expect - and much more.

Wonderful place. If you are aware that this is a ( de luxe) cabin closest to Denali and not your fancy five star in NYC, this is for you. Absolutely the best base "camp" for discovering Denali. Clean, quiet, cozy and with a rustic Charme ( positively meant) .. breakfast is fabulous, Dinner most likely, too ( didn't have time to try), Restaurant is healthy, home-made gourmet style. Way different than most eateries close to Denali. Enjoy the Silence! Cheers Andreas

Nice location, cozy cabin by the creek.

Location: Convenient location for visiting Denali.
This cabin was clean, roomy and comfortable. The bathhouse was also kept very clean. This IS Alaska so if you are expecting full deluxe bathrooms in your room you won't find it. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little cabin. We didn't spend very much time inside, as we were exploring Denali during the whole day, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, so what more could you ask for? Also, cute view of a little river from the window and the wooden beds give your Alaska stay a cute and cozy vibe. The restaurant makes good breakfast and is fairly priced--the toast is home made and to die for! The only criticism is that the heating system was quite odd in the room and there was no way to make the room a little warmer during the chilly night. However, after bundling up it was alright.

Cozy and convenient!

We stayed in a duplex with friends for two nights. The cabins were comfortable and nicely situated. The food in the upper restaurant was fantastic! Don't miss the fresh bread, the cranberry compote with brie, or the blackberry cinnamon roll! The river behind the cabins was beautiful and the views were stunning. The staff was so nice to us and you can tell they love what they do. I will dream of those cinnamon rolls for a long time to come.

Very poor quality compared to the price charged of $180. No TV even. Very basic room. I don't recommend it at all
