I booked and paid for a king bed with a sleeper sofa and they put me in a room with no sofa sleeper. I went to the front desk to inquire, and the person at the desk said that was the only room left and they couldn’t move me. They did not offer any additional compensation or solution. Poor service.

Dear Todd,We apologize for the confusion. Upon looking at your reservation, it was for 2 adults. This website clearly states children over the age of 2 are counted as occupants. there is an additional charge 10 dollars plus tax more than two persons. We did not access your reservation for the additional person. So Good news, we are purchasing twin roll a ways for future use. Please accept this waiver for the additional person as our compensation for the room not having a sofa sleeper.Debbie AGM

The room didn't appear to have been cleaned, there was hair in and on the toilet, and in the sink and tub. The shower curtain was twisted and an actually had dirty towel on top of it from the prior stay in assuming.

It’s was great overall. But the floor upstairs smelled a little funky and the reception closes at 9pm. So if you’re checking in after that, it’s gonna be a problem. Besides, the receptionist keeps leaving her post every now and then, I had to wait like 10mins to check out and return my key card. Overall, it’s an amazing place and good service. Highly recommend the place for short and long stays.

A small suggestion: Because the light and exhaust fan in the toilet of your hotel are connected together, and there is a lot of noise when exhausting. If a night light is added to the toilet, guests can go to the toilet without turning on the lights and exhaust fan without waking up another person.

Nice location
Nice location, lobby was neat and clean. Beds were comfortable. The floor in the room was sticky throughout. Only one TV and we had a room with a couch which we could not see the TV from there. Slightly larger refrigerator with a freezer compartment is nice for freezing water bottles for trips.
