Check In Check Out

Had an issue with checking out. The lady behind the counter was so helpful but when the manager got there she fussed at the lady and asked why she called her and told her next time make the customer wait for her to respond to the call from her employees. Seriously! Make the customer wait!

Horrible experience

The young concierge was rude, the entire first floor and entrance area was in a mess. Could not sleep because of the noise on the top floor. They had no plates for breakfast, and never offered any reason why. Asked for a manager, I was told he was not around. I am done with comfort Inns and suit.

Overpriced cheap room

Pros: Clean that's it
Cons: Better built
Location: Great location in town
The room was nice as clean but the floors and walls were paper thin, I heard the traffic and everyone around me(above and below). Good room but overpriced.

Louisiana Thanksgiving

Great place to stay...the rooms were spacious @ clean the free breakfast was great too. Checking In & Out was very easy..will come again!!

Opening up to s oon

Paid full price for stay not knowing that there was not a hot breakfast and could not use exercise room . Downstairs was not finish yet. These did not matter if our room keys every day had to be reset in order to get back in , first time we understand that we may have had it by our cell phones but not after desk personal told us about it. Second TV reception was not working even after they reset the equipment. THIRD thing no one could answer question when some thing was going wrong. Will not stay again at Comfort Suites.

Great Facility

It was great. However the Cable/Television did not work. They are also working on improvements which did not look like it would be too much longer until completion.

Hungry in Denham Springs.

Still remodeling after flood. Breakfast is below average until new breakfast room is finished.
