Horrible experience

The young concierge was rude, the entire first floor and entrance area was in a mess. Could not sleep because of the noise on the top floor. They had no plates for breakfast, and never offered any reason why. Asked for a manager, I was told he was not around. I am done with comfort Inns and suit.

Overpriced cheap room

Pros: Clean that's it
Cons: Better built
Location: Great location in town
The room was nice as clean but the floors and walls were paper thin, I heard the traffic and everyone around me(above and below). Good room but overpriced.

Louisiana Thanksgiving

Great place to stay...the rooms were spacious @ clean the free breakfast was great too. Checking In & Out was very easy..will come again!!

Great Facility

It was great. However the Cable/Television did not work. They are also working on improvements which did not look like it would be too much longer until completion.

Overpriced

Room was very clean service was real good. We needed linen for the couch when my son came to stay with me and they got it right away.

Nice place

Here to help with hurricane Harvey We stayed one night and then booked again for second night. They went up on the price! Ugh nice pace to stay tho the internet was horrible.

Very clean but...

Room was clean. I knew the hotel was under renovations so I wasnt surprised when the fromt desk clerk told me they are not serving a hot breakfast although expedia says they are. She said they would have pastries, bagels, coffee, etc. So today we headed down for breakfast and found a box of walmart doughnuts, little debbie snacks(no, i am not kidding), juice boxes, a few mini sized muffins, and bagels but no cream Cheese or butter. Whole thing was just weird.

Dear Jennifer, On behalf of our entire staff we would like to apologize for not meeting up to your standards. We are doing the best we can with what we have. I did offer to cancel your reservation free of charge and find you another hotel that did offer the breakfast you was expecting but you declined the offer. Before new management came we did not even have a bottle of water to offer. And a lot of what we do have comes out our managers personal money. We understand it is not the best but we are working to become better everyday.
