The manager who is also owner was welcoming for my late, last minute reservation and check in. He showed me the Hassam bath, jacuzzi tub and amenities. The buffet was extensive in the morning, and delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and look forward to coming again one day.

Little Run down
Ok hotel for a one night stay. Our first room had ants in it but they moved us to another room. We didnt see any other guests so felt a little like a ghost hotel. Breakfast is adequate for the price. Its a shame that Pamukkale is so run down in general.

Great location and customer service
Pamukkale Terrace and Hierapolis were amazing. This hotel right there and so convenient to restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel and owner are diamonds in this town
Awesome hotel in the beautiful town of Pamukale. Mustafa (owner), understands and applies genuinely minute to minute the meaning of being hospitable in the business of hospitality. He went the extra mile all the time to make sure I had a pleasant time at his property and in the town of pamukale. Hotel is walking distance to the hot springs, restaurants, and general transportation. Breakfast is amazing

Super nice owner
The owner is super nice. We booked for 1 night and told him that we will check-out at around 7am next day. He prepared some takeaway sandwiches and fruits for us when we check out. He was sleeping behind the reception but still came out to say goodbye to us.

Beds weren't refreshed before we arrived, bathroom dirty, no soaps or shampoos, breakfast was absolutely shocking, even the tea tasted horrible. Place was filthy.

Nice stay, excellent staff!
The pool area was nice, and rooms are basic but very comfortable. The thing that really set this hotel apart was the staff - the lovely guy at the front desk let us check in early, then he brought us complimentary fresh melon and tea by the pool, and when we said we were leaving early to catch a bus to Cappadocia he was so sweet and gave us some breakfast to take away with us. He really went over and above - we were very impressed!

Points for improvement: lack of room service and basic necessities like soap and water. No complimentary drinking water too. And water heater is not working

Convenient location and friendly staff
Staff are very helpful and friendly. Hotel location is convenient as it’s within walking distance to the main town markets and the front doors of pammukale. You can sit downstairs at night and enjoy some tea on the house with the staff and relax. The facilities and actual building could use a bit of an upgrade but other than that the service is pretty good .

We were only at Ayapam Hotel for the night, We found the rooms quite large and extremely clean. Location of the hotel from the town centre - restaurants etc was very close indeed. Breakfast was great with a wide range of choices. Recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pamukkale.

Very nice clean hotel, with a well maintained swimming pool. Staff were very friendly, spoke English, and were very helpful. Well worth saying here when visiting Pamukkule.

Ayapam Hotel
The location was perfect, hotel & rooms seemed clean and fresh. Breakfast was fine. We enjoyed the hammam. Plumbing was having problems throughout hotel which they were working on. The manager was wonderful! extremely helpful and friendly, arranging transportation for us. Terraced restaurant/bar was not open. Good place for a couple of nights enjoying Pamukkale.

We arrived at the hotel from Cappadocia at about 6am in the morning, staff was there waiting which is great. However, been told to leave our passport at the counter so we could collect them the next day we were a little skeptical though they reassured it was safe. Next day, we went to collect our passports and to realised it was just left at the desk (make sure you take them back right away). Breakfast wasn't great, nothing much to eat, you are able to order 1 portion of omelette each and that's the only hot food. Cereals were left in a big bowl and not an enclosed container hence it's no longer crunchy like the fresh ones. Apart from that, it's very close to the only attraction in town! I could even obtain wifi signal from the top of the turquoise pool.

Friendly staff and great service
Six of us staying in 4 rooms (2 doubles and 2 singles) enjoyed a 2 night stay at the Ayapam Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we cooled off in the pool after a hot day at Hierapolis and the travertines. The friendly lady who runs the hotel speaks English quite well and really made us feel welcome. The buffet style meals provided (breakfast and dinner) were very well done. The wifi signal was a little weak, but serviceable. Parking is provided and it is not too far to the entrance of the travertine park.

Bit of a mix. Great location and nice staff, but hotel needs a bit of a refresh and room could have been cleaned better. Basically seems to be very little higher end choice in the town, so in the absence of anything else it did the job, but could do even better!

The hotel offers breakfast and dinner with the rate. All the hotels in Pamukkale are BB and didnt look nice, I think tthe Ayapan Hotel was one of the nicest in the area. Clean rooms, good food and nice bathrooms. I would recommend it 100%. The customer services was the besT!

The location of the hotel is wonderful for Pamukkale just a few minutes walk, but it is not 4* the quality of the food, accommodation, toiletries are just about 3*. The reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Bad. Terrible smell from coal burnibg water heater in adjacent hotel. No in-room wifi. No maintenance done. Dirty rooms, balcony, pool. I can't believe this is a 4 or 5 star hotel. We got half price in off season and that was way too much.
