Private beach just steps from pool area.

Pros: Clean and newly updated..beach.
Location: Clancy's restaurant delicious. Seasonal things to do not available.
Stayed Wed nite into Thurs for our anniversary. Very beautiful and quiet setting. Be aware check-in is 4pm..and my reservations w/Expedia said 3pm After speaking w/Expedia the resort upgraded us and included earlier check-in

The facility is clean and new. No maid service might of been because it was a timeshare. We would stay again. Beach is beautiful.

Spring getaway

I didn't realize that the resort allowed dogs,so when I saw a dog in the enclosed pool area it shocked me. My wife is very allergic to pet dander and hair. Love the resort but sorry to say we may not stay again.

This hotel is newly renovated & perfect location!

Pros: After my stay I could not think of a single complaint.
Location: Plenty of local restaurants - the Cape is a summer destination so some restaurants are closed for the season but plenty of options still available!
This hotel has been under renovation for the last 6 years and the results are stunning. Plenty of rooms available either facing the beach or not, they are all gorgeous. Amenities like the fireplace, kitchen, and deep tub really gave this place a warm home like feel. If you are looking to stay on the Cape this place is an ideal location. Only footsteps from the beach, and the pool is literally right on the beach. Totally loved the Adirondack chairs right on the porch as well!

It was wonderful to just step out the door and see the ocean! We stayed for three nights. Wish it could have been longer! The only thing that kind of bothered me was they didn't come clean, make the beds, or get us new towels during our whole stay. I found that a little odd! If we ever go back to Cape Cod we will definitely be staying here again!

I was given the wrong directions at check-in to get to the room. As another reviewer mentioned, there are multiple buildings on this property, and no assistance was offered to help with luggage (I was traveling alone with my two young kids). I followed her directions and went left outside the lobby, but the building was not labeled at all and I wandered around aimlessly on multiple floors before going back to lobby to get a dolly. I asked again where my room was located, and the woman told me it's to the right outside lobby. I told her that I was told to go to the left by her, and she was not apologetic. She just repeated go to the right and looked at me like I was bothering her (my kids confirmed she originally told us to go left), instead of at least pretending to be apologetic about the confusion. I was not offered assistance, I was told later that they do so when asked in off season, for reference. Also, after check out I left a bag in the room. I was told housekeeping could not locate it, even though I called the same day, a couple hours after check out. I assume that the level of service goes down in the off season. The room itself was much bigger and nicer than most cape hotels, although the fixtures in the bathroom looked like they were coming apart. The location is nice with it's own private little beach. Very nice sunsets and sunrises! If the service was much better (and my bag hadn't mysteriously disappeared...), it would have been fine.

Great Ocean-Front Location

We had a wonderful short mid-winter stay. The ocean-front location offers great views. We'd love to return mid/sumner next time.
