This is a timeshare property located right next to a bluegreen vacation resort (also timeshare). The property is well-located and has an indoor and outdoor pool, but it could use some sprucing up especially on the outside. There is no daily maid service, and only midweek towel replacements etc. No restaurant on premises but plenty nearby. The indoor pool is open off season with coded entry. If you are not an owner they will ask you repeatedly to listen to their sales pitch offering various vacation stays. We declined repeatedly. The inside of the room is modern and there was a slider to a patio. The beach area is a bit of a walk away. Very nice gas fireplace and kitchenette.

I would suggest staying on the 2nd floor since you hear a lot of walking etc. The amenities are very nice but the couch could be a touch more comfortable. Definitely stay again!

Great property by the ocean. I was upgraded to a waterfront room, it was beautiful. Edgewater is usually my go to place on Cape Cod

Extremely noisy and very unfriendly personal
The location is lovely but very disappointed with service front desk clerks very unfriendly and unprofessional. No communication or information. Very disappointed with the fact of who was ever in suite above me they were stomping and running all night long over my head. Very little sleep extremely noisy over head all night long. It sounded as though they constantly were moving furniture and rolling their luggage back and forth from room to room all night long.

Walls were very thin and could hear talking in other room. We called the desk once, the other room turned down their TV. Otherwise, the grounds of the resort are nice, though the gym is very dated with some of the equipment not well repaired and looks pretty worn. Would suggest the resort work on replacing and updating that when they can with more modern equipment.

Great location in terms of access to the beach. Front desk staff were great. My 1st night there, we discovered that the bed sheets were stained and clearly had not been changed from the previous guest. It was late but maintenance brought up extra sheets. He was also nice enough to return with clean pillow cases. It was also discovered that the mattress covers was heavily stained. House cleaning came in the following day to replace. Although I was appreciative of that, I was already disgusted and chose to sleep on the sofa for the rest of my stay. My daughter slept on the bed. The bar of soap from previous guest was also left in the bathroom so I threw that out. Everyone was extremely helpful but the dirty bed on the first night kind of ruined it for me.

Amazing Resort
Loved everything about our stay except that the beds were uncomfortable and the air conditioner wouldn’t go below 74, so needless to say we weren’t well-rested. It was hot at night and we tossed and turned. The days were amazing though. Views were breathtaking, couldn’t beat the proximity to beach, and the pools were very clean. Would definitely visit again!

The indoor pool and hot tub were completely drained and out of order. It appears as if they have been that way for quite awhile, yet they are still advertising it as open. No repair people were there the entire week we were present. We booked it because of the hot tub, very disappointed it was not working. The rest of the property was very well kept and very clean. We enjoyed our time, but missed the hot tub.

My request for a first-floor room was easily accommodated. Also, they provided a list of restaurants to assist in finding dining off-season on Cape Cod. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I loved the location and the beautiful setting. It was a nice suite for the most part, however the ceiling in the bathroom was completely covered with peeling paint which makes me wonder if there was any mold. The heating/cooling system would not regulate, it was either a refrigerator or a heat box, no in between. And lastly for 4 guests for 2 nights we were given 4 coffee pods then we had to pay for additional....this was not known before going or I would have taken my own....it listed complimentary coffee and tea but not that you only got 4 pods for the whole weekend. I just didn't like that....be upfront and honest about it and I would have brought my own pods.

The rooms were great, overall good experience. Huge rooms with full size fridge, microwave, and stovetop. The things that I wasn’t happy about was if you need new towels you need to pay 30.00. Also the beds were so thin and you could feel the springs through the mattress. Would stay again but bring a mattress pad.

This stay was for a short get a way for my wife and I. We had a warm day in November so we could still go enjoy the beach and surroundings area. Resort was lovely but starting to show some signs of wear in areas. Overall a lovely place.
