To far from anything, no options of food around, staff not helpful, arrived late no real welcome, no cups for a cuppa upon arrival, their site said microwave etc but a gas burner and a pot to boil water, ants and had to ask for toilet paper, roosters crowing all day and night

Hotel is too far away from everything

Room lamps were not working , aircon wasn't cold , had to request for a room change on the first night . Hotel was not well maintained, old and rundown . They only cleaned our room once, and we stayed for 3days . Towels were never changed . Disappointing experience.

the grim side of denpasar

Pros: Very friendly and reasonably helpful young man at reception.He understood our disappointment.
Cons: Everything.
Location: Grim insight into what living in Bali could be like.
We did not stay at this hotel . Not a good location not clean . Family refused to stay there. We went to Kuta hotel instead.

Worst Hotel, specially the Manager.

Location: Nothing, location was worst even u dont have any restaurant near by to have good food.
Stayed in this villa for 2 nights, Saw reviews that its one of the best kind of villa but it was worst stay i ever had. As if the Villa have a lot of ants, plus a lot of flies. They never provide us with the toiletries (Toothpaste, Razor, Soap etc) which was mentioned at the time of booking. Breakfast was not up to the mark. Pool cleanliness was disappointing, Pool light was in broken state they just fixed the fixture, it came out and they charged us 15 USD in that rate u can buy a better lights and fix in ur home.Staff was gud they treat u well but the manager attitude was the worst. I would never recommend any person to visit that place.

Lovely hotel, hidden away

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here with 2 friends. No extra bed, but a king so we all fit. Privacy and comfort. Not much sun during the day, about $5 taxi to legian area.

THE HOTEL WAS GOOD, IF RENT SELF DRIVE CAR, THEN THIS IS BEST PLACE TO STAY IF STAY FOR LONGER TIME, LITTLE FAR FROM CITY. BUT CHEAP RATE COVERS ALL.

Oasis in an urban city setting

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff when approached
Cons: Standard checklist of items in rooms need to keep stocked. Clean dishes properly. Have the road to the villas repaired and signed.
Location: no restaurants in walking distance, you could not walk there anyway as the road is a main highway and very busy. No attractions just close to city
Villas are hard to find as set back down a dark and dingy laneway. Lane is full of potholes and next to a rubbish dump where people forage. Supermarket is walking distance but due to the area not somewhere tourists would venture. Hotel is very clean, pool is lovely and private for each villa. Staff very friendly and helpful but we had to ask for a lot of help. Dishes dirty at breakfast, no cutlery in kitchen, only one towel in the room, batteries not working in the remote control. There are a lot of stray dogs in the area that bark at night. Taxis may not come as they find it difficult to get to.

We are new and that way taxis still try to find us. But now all taxis driver well known our location with big sign in the street. Also we are registered on Google map as well.
