We are saddened to hear your stay was less than perfect. But to touch on a couple of things that you brought up. The incidental deposit is a common practice amongst many hotels. This is to combat stolen, broken, destroyed items in the rooms. This is not to be insulting to anyone. But to also help to combat the ilk you speak of. We are sorry if you felt any insult towards yourself. But there was none meant to you or any other of our welcomed guests. Also we release the deposit from our side the same day you check out. But your bank may put a hold for 3-5 business days depending on the bank. This is why we offer a receipt for your card at check out to help to expedite this process.best wishes & safe travelsJ.
