When we arrived at 4:30 in the afternoon, our room still hadn't been cleaned, so we had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes while they cleaned it. The staff was very kind and apologetic, but two people in our rooms had plans that evening, so the delay took away any chance they had of getting to rest ...
Awesome location. Went for a Tigers game. Within walking distance to Coors Field. Right by 16th Street Mall. We took advantage of the free shuttle. Would recommend taking the RTD from the airport to Union Station then the free shuttle or walk the 15 min. We took a cab from the airport and spent &70 ...
My stay was comfortable and the staff was very accommodating.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good full breakfast. Nice, comfy, clean room and easy to get to most everything downtown.
I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Denver and was very satisfied with my stay. The check-in went smoothly and I was impressed with my room, it's cleanliness, and overall comfort. The room didn't have a fridge or a microwave; but that was somewhat irrelevant to me. It did have a pod coffee-maker ...
Only 1 complaint we had was our room was very close to the elevator. We could hear housekeeping and hotel staff rolling laundry carts and room service carts in and out of the elevator every night and very early every morning. For 1 or 2 nights would have been fine. For an 8 night stay maybe don't ...
The accommodations were fine. Our toom was a little dated but clean. The space was tiny and overwhelmed with furniture that didn't fit very comfortably.
Quality of the breakfasts served was good. It included eggs, sausage, do-it-yourself waffles, etc. rather than just packaged donuts. Food was not always as warm as it should have been, but a microwave was available to heat it up. Room was clean; bed was comfy.
Overall the hotel lives up to the standards of a DoubleTree, however my only complaint is the proximity to the train tracks. A train goes by approximately every 30 minutes making for a not so restful night of sleep
We went to the Brocos game and stayed at this Hyatt. Great location and really nice property! Staff is super friendly and the bed was very comfortable!
I was a couple of hours early but a hotel that big didn't have a room ready. They were changing out all the QBed mattresses. We had lunch at a great Mex restaurant across the parking lot and our room was ready an hour later. The elevator was acting up, one side wouldn't work, then the other side ...
