Awful experience! Checked in at 11pm. Given an occupied room key!… Went back to the front desk. All hotel staff gone except shuttle driver. Another guest had same experience - was given key to occupied room as well. Waited until midnight for hotel staff to show up and provide an available room. Felt very unsafe around the premises with my 9 year old daughter, lots of vulgarity from other highly intoxicated guests. Called Choice Hotels and they said there’s nothing they can do.. Never staying at Choice again. Avoid this property! I would rather sleep in my car.

I loved our room (size, layout, comfort, amenities). My partner said the bar staff was awesome, and we had a great check in. The water pressure in the shower was also really great! The things I wasn’t too fond of included the pool being dirty and freezing cold; the minimal towels in the room; not given a WiFi to connect to; our room phone was disconnected; and there being no bathroom fan.

When we first got to the hotel to check in, we had to wait while the front desk lady finished texting on her phone before she would assist us. Then it was probably the worst customer service we have received. The evening front desk help was much better. The hot tub was working but the pool was ice cold. Overall, a little worn down but the room was still clean and the bed was comfy.

I love this hotel when traveling to and from the Denver airport. Parking is cheap, the rooms are very nice, clean, and quiet. I will stay here every time I have to fly from Denver!

Booked this room specifically because it offered a hottub and we wanted to enjoy that are last night in town since are other hotel did not have one. Wgen we got dressed and down to the pool the hottub was broke and ice cold. The pool was also freezing . At 905pm I called for linen for the pull out bed, I was told they would bring them right up. I waited until 950 called the desk was put on hold for 10 min so hung up and went downstairs. They were busy checkin ppl in so didnt mind figured they would be up soon. But never came with the linens. We had to pull half the linens off of the other bed to somewhat cover the pull out. This hotel looks nice but overall quality and service I wouldn't rate better then a laquinta or maby a comfort inn. Super disappointing first time stayin in one of these properties.

Your shuttle statement in “about this property” says free shuttle from 3 am until midnight. This in not accurate as there was no shuttle from 5 am until 6:30. Lost 1 hour of sleep having to take the 5 am.

The room could of been cleaner, the small blanket at the end of the bed smelled like urine, there was a hallway eaten sandwich in the fridge, and the counters where not wiped down. Other than the room issues the staff was polite and helpful.

Booked this hotel due to flight disruptions, there were about 10 of us that arrived in an airport shuttle. The staff dealt with us quickly and kindly. The room was large and affordable. Not a luxury hotel but provides everything you need !

Overall the service was good, but we asked about the airport shuttle the night before and were not told we needed reservations which was very frustrating and made for a poor experience.

We arrived after 11pm at Denver Airport. The shuttle left without us and they would not return. We grabbed a Taxi instead. Staff was not there to prepare breakfast. There were no vegan/ vegetarian options. The front desk was late with our wake up call. Fortunately, we set our own alarms. Room looked clean, but it was only adequate. The shuttle driver taking us to the airport doubled back to pick up more guests stating he left too early. Where was that courtesy last night?

Great friendly staff - close to airport.
The front desk agent was very helpful and kind. He was there when I checked in and there when I left in the AM! What a champ. My King suite felt nicer than some apartments I have had in my life and I felt quite at home for the few hours I was there. Make sure you call ahead as the airport shuttle ends around 11 and some days only runs on the hour (there was some extreme weather when I was there that was no doubt the cause). My Lyft ride cost about $30, although a taxi from the airport will be a flat rate of $50.
