This 1800’s mansion was just breathtaking. The character, charm, original condition..the breakfast was simply the star of the show. Our room was perfect, our bed was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the porch with our coffee, beautiful little dining area outdoors as well. Carl and his daughter were wonderful inn keepers. We loved our stay!

The property is unique and individual. It has tremendous history and a lovely house to stay in. Much more interesting than an hotel room. Loved the breakfasts in the garden and Carl and Bailey could not do enough for you. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful historical sandstone mansion with a lovely garden patio where breakfast is served. Located in a busy area with a bus stop right there, but the patio walls covered with trumpet vines and flowers and water fountain create a nice relaxing atmosphere.

The Capital Hill Mansion B& B was a quaint, charming and beautiful home in the historical section of downtown Denver. Our cute and comfy bedroom possessed a pretty circular balcony furnished with chairs. Evening happy hour with wine and the delicious gourmet breakfast served on the pretty patio with were delightful experiences. Carl, the owner, along with his daughter were very friendly, efficient, and attentive hosts. We definitely would stay again!

Charming inn with friendly proprietors. We enjoyed our stay, but our room was hot given that the outside temp was in the 90s during the day. It’s very old, so no AC, I guess, but a fan was provided. Guests should be aware, but it was not unbearable. Secondly, their breakfasts were delicious, but only one entree choice. Also not a big deal, but guests should be aware. The breakfast garden was lovely!
