It’s pretty much what you’d expect from a choice hotel in the price range. It was a great stay as always with comfort inn. If you want a balcony that faces the city, you need to book a 2 queen bed room. The single king rooms face north!

Not that everybody and their dog needs to know this, but. The toilet paper? Is actually very soft. However the toilets I swear! I swear they are made for a child! Not only are they round but they are small. If you are of an average size male, you will not enjoy these toilets. Hey! You asked for the review I'm giving it and I'm being totally honest. The beds? Are comfortable, but the throw pillows that they use for a pillow, are terrible. The water pressure in the shower is okay ish, absolutely nothing to write home about. The breakfast consisted of sausage scrambled eggs cereal oatmeal milk juice breads muffins Etc there was four of us in the dining room which holds about 25 to 30, and obviously the breakfast attendant was too busy to wipe off the table set were apparently used before I was in there, in other words it wasn't busy in there but yet she found it very necessary to sit in the back room and play on her phone. Well okay, then I will wipe off the table myself and where they go with the crumbs well that's where they land not my problem. Thank goodness the TV was not on because I hate watching the stupid news and ruining and enjoyable morning with nothing but bad news. So at least the TV was not on.

The hotel didn't have a provision/ refused to keep luggage (Just a backpack) for even 2-3 hours. The hotel didn't have a shaving kit available on request, nor was there any store nearby where it could be purchased.

I apologize for any miscommunication, we do have shaving kits available at the front desk, and there are 2 gas stations within a 2 mile radius of the hotel. As far as space to store things would be our back office which barely have enough space for 2 people to work in.

Terrible. Staff was the worst, most unfriendly I’ve ever encountered. Our room was filthy when we checked in. TV didn’t work and they refused to switch our rooms. DONT STAY HERE!!

The property is old. I was in a pet room. The bathroom was old and there were cracks in the wall. Dirty around the bottom of the toilet. The bed was comfortable. Shower had double head so that was nice. Breakfast was the usual. Cereal, yogurt, muffins, eggs, sausage and oats. Waffle maker, juice and coffee. Staff was friendly.

The bathroom was dirty, so they gice me another room. The next day at 11:00 am some lady knocked on my door and pretty much waited outside for me to leave. Such a horrible experience.

The rooms were not as updated as them photos. The walls were filthy. The parking lot is on the other side of the rooms. It is in a very unsafe looking area. We were told by other guests to lock our vehicle because it was not a good neighborhood.

I arrived late from Chicago and, aiming to be budget-conscious, booked a room at Comfort Inn. However, the parking lot and lobby set a concerning tone. The room, upon entering, was disappointing with holes in the walls, dirty corners, mildew, and overall uncleanliness. With my two little girls, caution led us to keep belongings elevated. Unfortunately, the state of the room, including a nasty bathroom and marked ceilings, made the stay uncomfortable and unsanitary. Despite the brief stay, the experience was disappointing, and I won't consider staying here again.

This trip was for my son, and although the location was good the room was disgusting. The sheets were not changed from a prior guest and there was a live mouse in the room.

I guess u get what u pay for!
Got into my room and it was clearly not cleaned. Messed up bed, pizza boxes, etc… went down and got another room, and it was also in pretty rough shape. It had been cleaned, but this hotel has been through it. Shower had barely any pressure, and the hotel needs a renovation. The bed was fine though, and the excercise room worked despite the beeping alarm every couple minutes. All in all pretty beat up hotel and I won’t be staying there again.

Find Another place if you can
Scary place. At a dead end where homeless hang out. Bed was comfortable thank God. Holes in bathroom walls. Light bulbs not in some lights or covers not on lights. I did not feel safe. No double locks on the door just the bolt you click on the latch. Didn't take a chance on the breakfast.

Stayed here a few times before. Everytime i go it is more run down. Hasnt seen a paint job in decades. Floors arnt mopped and sticky. Beds full of hair. Hotel is full of sketchy people. Could be remodeled and made better if they want.

Some shady people have left comments down scoring this place. Is it older? Yes! But so are you! Calm Down. For the price it was absolutely clean, staff friendly, breakfast was stocked and tidy. Will stay again.

Not to shabby
It was affordable but in kind of an iffy area, but we didn’t encounter any problems. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy so all in all this hotel served its purpose.
