One night stay.

Posted May 23, 2017
Cons: Cleaning of room.
Location: Castle Rock, CO. Just an overnight to visit friends and then head up to Ft. Collins.
Staff very friendly and helpful. No bottled water - they ran out...still no bottles in the morning. Room was marginally clean, nothing horrible, just not a thorough job. Breakfast included was very good and with a nice variety of options.

The staff were extremely helpful. Everything was great! Stayed with our puppy and the room was perfectly spacious for us to crate her during the night. Our most important sought out feature was that we felt safe. Castle Rock is a beautiful city in the Denver area. We felt comfortable the entire time! Would stay here again if ever passing through.

Great staff. Close to shopping and dining.

Posted Mar 29, 2017
Pros: We like the staff, the pool, and the nice variety of pillows on each bed.
Cons: More daily variety on the breakfast bar.
Location: Outlet malls and restaurants within minutes, a 30 minute drive to Denver and 90 minute drive to Pikes Peak and the Wolf Conservation Center.
We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very kind and helpful. Everyone was polite and eager to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. The indoor pool was a nice feature and the hotel was just across the road from an outlet mall and there were several restaurants within minutes. If you stay here, you have to visit MOD PIZZA just across the road. We also appreciated how clean and quiet it was. The breakfast was well maintained and hot but it would have been nice to offer some more variety from day to day. By the third day, we were almost ready to go out for breakfast.

Dear Adbrumz, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with others. All of my guest's feedback is very important to us. With that being said, I agree with you about the day to day variety of choices in breakfast. We are limited to what Choice Hotels mandates of what we provide for breakfast. Our intent is to provide many different choices in our standard breakfast spread. In the past we have served Biscuits and Gravy on some days instead of Eggs and Sausage. However, the Biscuits and Gravy were not very well liked and we would throw away as much as we served. We are open to other suggestions. Currently, I am looking into a type of breakfast potato to serve also. Thank you for the kind words. We hope to see you again.

Loved this hotel!

Posted Mar 20, 2017
The room was very spacious, and breakfast was very nice too. One thing is swimming pool was kind of dirty when we used it, and we could hear next door visitors at night. Other than that overall it was a very satisfying stay.

Smelled like old lady perfume...the room stunk!

Posted Mar 15, 2017
Smelled like old lady perfume...the room stunk! Had to leave due to intolerable smell. Staff was EXCELLENT though, friendly and professional and acknowledged the issue as there was, apparently other complaints about yhe foul smelling deoderizer. The hotel was pretty old and needed an update. Staff was great and very appologetic about the problem. Tub and shower were so narrow...i had to dtand at an angle to shower. Too small. . Couldn't rotate my torso withouy pulling my arms close to my body. Ive never stood in a shower that was so narrow. It was very odd. Oh....and Expedia was disappointing. Cheers!

Nice business travel hotel, at a great price

Posted Feb 4, 2017
Pros: Level of comfort and cleanliness.
Cons: The breakfast is "just okay".
Location: Castle Rock is beautiful.
This is a very comfortable hotel to stay in. I travel a lot for work, and this is what I would consider to be a "nice business trip hotel". And for the price it is a great value for the money. It is clean, spacious, and well maintained with an excellent staff.

Served its purpose but not much else

Hotel is OK. Vending machines and mini market by front desk totally full of junk food - no options for carb and sugar overload. Breakfast buffet ends early on weekend days 10 am. Sort of expensive considering.

Dear James, I am sorry to hear that you did not have an exceptional experience at our hotel. In regards to our "Mini-Market" and vending machines, we stock them with the items that Choice Hotels mandates that we put in them. Our breakfast hours are also mandated by the corporate office. I, in fact, requested and received permission to open breakfast an hour earlier on the weekends so I could accommodate the early schedules of many groups that stay with us. In the name of customer service and our desire to go above and beyond for all of our guests, if someone is a little late for breakfast and there is still food available, we definitely welcome the guest to help themselves. Thank you, Scott C. General Manager
