Fridge was unplugged and plastic bag fitted over smoke alarm presumably by previous guest. Room noisy from traffic and air conditioners. Decor dark, bit depressing. Television had to be adjusted by staff before it would go. Bed comfortable. Staff helpful.

Pros: The staff is very friendly, welcoming and attentive. That is with the exception I've noted.
Cons: More attentive oversight of Housekeeping.
Location: Denver Tech Center. Zoo, museum, aquarium and many great restaurants.
I've stayed here several times for my annual visit to Denver. My only (and it's not small!) complaint is that I left an item behind, called the same day and was told no one had any knowledge of it or its whereabouts. It was suggested I call the following day, which I did. Still no item. Very disappointing since it will make me suspicious at every visit now.

Quality room

The hotel was a little bit out of town but it was still very easy to get to where I needed every day. The room itself was pretty impressive and spacious with a comfy bed and nice bathroom. The only minor issue was when one of the housekeepers knocked repeatedly when I had a 'don't disturb' tag on the door.

Close to Interstate

Hotel close to Interstate therefore getting around I'd simple. Most restaurants are down Arapahoe drive. Breakfast in hotel is good. Gym facilities are a little cramped. Could do with an outside covered seating area. Staff were fantastic.

Great hotel but a $50 per night deposit?!

We love this hotel and stay there nearly every time we are in Denver! The only real draw back is that they charge a $50 per night deposit that has to be paid at check in. The money is refunded but that can take up to 5 business days! This means if we plan to go and stay for a 4 day weekend we must pay a $200 deposit plus the $600 for the room?! Most hotels just ask for a credit card like when I stayed in Austin, TX they were like you booked through Expedia so that's all we need! Why does a hotel that caters to business people need to charge this?!

Great place to stay with kids. Friendly, helpful staff. The only problem we had was that they had received a bad batch of cards and we had to ask the front desk to reprogram the key card to our room twice during our one week stay.

Awesome Hotel

Pros: Loved the room and the breakfast!
Cons: Nothing
Location: The location was close was about 15 minutes from Downtown Denver and an hour from Colorado Springs
I had accidentally booked a handicap accessible room online. We were staying at the hotel for 5 nights so I was disappointed. We talked to the gentleman at the front desk and he was Super Helpful and placed us in a King Suite with a huge jetted tub. We enjoyed our stay very much and would return here again. Very nice area!
