Great hotel but a $50 per night deposit?!

We love this hotel and stay there nearly every time we are in Denver! The only real draw back is that they charge a $50 per night deposit that has to be paid at check in. The money is refunded but that can take up to 5 business days! This means if we plan to go and stay for a 4 day weekend we must pay a $200 deposit plus the $600 for the room?! Most hotels just ask for a credit card like when I stayed in Austin, TX they were like you booked through Expedia so that's all we need! Why does a hotel that caters to business people need to charge this?!

We only auth. $100.00 on credit card for incidentals no matter if a guest is staying for a day or for a month. i think there was some kind of confusion. Great place to stay with kids. Friendly, helpful staff. The only problem we had was that they had received a bad batch of cards and we had to ask the front desk to reprogram the key card to our room twice during our one week stay.

Awesome Hotel

Pros: Loved the room and the breakfast!
Cons: Nothing
Location: The location was close was about 15 minutes from Downtown Denver and an hour from Colorado Springs
I had accidentally booked a handicap accessible room online. We were staying at the hotel for 5 nights so I was disappointed. We talked to the gentleman at the front desk and he was Super Helpful and placed us in a King Suite with a huge jetted tub. We enjoyed our stay very much and would return here again. Very nice area!

Very unfriendly, dishonest staff

This hotel has a theft issue among the employees! We have stayed here twice & our most recent stay (5/13/17) has been a nightmare! Staff has gone downhill. I ended up leaving a bag when we checked out (today, 5/14/17) as soon as i realized i left it i called & spoke to Joseph...he was disgustingly rude! He laughed & asked what i wanted him to do about it! He also said "its not in lost & found i don't know what to tell you." So as I'm freaking out about my bag almost in tears i ask..is there something you guys do about lost luggage, can i file a report, do i have to get police involved? He laughs, AGAIN, & says i welcome to call the cops. Are you kidding me? What is with this guys attitude. I ask him to please tell me when a qualified manager will be working... Him: "excuse me?" Me: "i do not like your attitude & would like to speak to a qualified manager please tell me when one will be working so i can call back then." Him: ...laughs & hangs up the phone Are. You. Serious?! What hotel has staff that treats people this way? You'd think i was accusing him of stealing it! He was so rude, careless & defensive. I was upset & he laughed..several times. Is this acceptable customer service these days? So i will call back tomorrow & hope to actually talk to someone about my bag. I will also call corporate about the nasty, rude employee. I just want to know IF there is anything I can do to at least TRY & get my bag & belongings back! :(

Cons: Did not know handicap room that should be explained closet to small due to being handicapped
