Breakfast was very limited with minimal healthy options. Elevator seemed to have a musty smell. Housekeeping was amazing and went out of their way to greet you. We stayed when the late snow in March, I was disappointed by the lack of preparation for doorways, entries and parking lot maintenance or prevention during snow.

The staff was extremely unfriendly! Our bed sheets were dirty and instead of even apologizing they just handed us new sheets. If it weren’t for a specific reason we would have just left.

Old and run down. Advertised jacuzzi but they said it was taking out. Found dark hairs in the bathtub. Couldn't get the blackout curtain to full block out street light shining in the window. Won't stay there again

This Comfort Suite location has only one elevator. The one elevator was out of order, which makes it difficult to take your luggage up and down the stairs.

Did not stay here. Had to cancel my trip and gave Orbitz and Comfort Suited 30 days notice to cancel and neither one cares enough about their customers to ensure reimbursement. I had to eat $470.00 I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH AGAIN. I have stayed there before and it is a 2.5 star hotel that is nothing special and could use an upgrade to the property but the management is only looking to make a $$ and does not care about anything but that!!
