Hotel agradable cómodo solo para dormir

El hotel, muy limpio, muy bueno para dormir y bañarse, personal muy amable y atento. Muy cerca de una plaza con restaurantes y gasolineras, lejos del centro.

Loud guests, uncomfortable beds

The room above us kept waking up my daughter, and the hotel staff did nothing to resolve this. The noise didn't stop until about midnight. The beds are very uncomfortable. My husband and I are avid cuddlers, but we couldn't not touch each other even when we wanted to. Which was very irritating considering how hot the room was due to air conditioner not circulating around the room adequately.

Hotel staff was on personal call on cell phone when trying to check in, claims it was her manager and she couldn't get off. Horrible customer service. Remodeling going on and just not very accessible

Location: about 15 min drive from Denver, not bad
Quite hotel, staff was always ready to assist. room was clean, with no odor

In need of better communication.

Pros: Comfortable bed, nice room.
Cons: Communication between staff.
Location: We were there for a show at the 1st Bank Center, this hotel was the closest I could find for the least amount of money.
We asked to extend our checkout time until noon when we checked in. Somehow the message was not received by the cleaning ladies, who walked into the room at 11:00am, while we were still waking up. We told the cleaning lady that we extended our checkout time until noon, and she said she would notify the front desk. At around 11:45am, we received a call from the front desk asking if we were trying to extend our stay another night, we told the front desk that we did not want to extend our stay, we had just extended our checkout time until noon. This hotel needs better communication between staff.

On December 25th the employee was a man employee can't remember his name but he went above and beyond his duty I just want to say thank you it was an awesome stay and an awesome experience with you guys thank you and thank the gentleman that helped us
