Over all my stay at the hotel was comfortable and staff was very pleasant and helpful. Only negative would be the heating/cooling system in the room was noisy and door to hallway was thin allowing me to hear everything being said out there. My major complaint was the shuttle to the airport. I told the driver I was leaving on Alaska Airlines and he proceeded to park four floors down and on the opposite side of Denver Airport. I am a disabled Army veteran with major back issues and hauling four bags that far was a major inconvenience that wouldn’t happen if the driver would just drop customers off at their departure airlines like we have all done before. I think this should be your policy to keeps customers coming back.
It was nice being so close to the airport for our early flight!

It is RIDICULOUS that the hotel assessed a parking charge when this is 1) in the suburbs, 2) oodles of open parking. They'd better off charging more for the room rate.
Why was this not at all clarified when the reservation was made?
The bedside lamp is off kilter -- may be broken. The toilet lid is broken. The water pressure in the shower is so low -- takes forever to get soap off. Carpet has a place that is lifted. Rather sad appearance for what I expected in a Marriott...
Had an amazing stay at the Courtyard! The staff, especially Don, went above and beyond to make it memorable. Their exceptional service truly stood out. Highly recommend!
