The property is very rundown. It wasn’t horribly dirty but it was subpar for sure. Staff was great and accommodating with what they were capable of.

The room the first put us in was very smoky from cigarettes. We asked for another and it smelled like urine. Sketchy neighborhood. Felt vey unsafe. We could not stay there. Filthy and gross.

This property first off has some policies that make no sense. First they require a $100 deposit and it states they charge $10 for housekeeping each day. With these requirements we thought the room would at least be decent but, wow! It was HORRID! The walls and ceilings were stained everywhere. The curtains had stains and burns all over them. The front of the air unit fell off within an hour of us being there. It looked as if bugs were smashed all over the walls. I was super surprised we did not see roaches at this property. That is one good thing. I am only giving two stars because most of the staff was super helpful and two of them even had to help us break into the room because the key system is broken. Maintenance literally had to use a metal bar and screwdriver to get us in. It was a crazy experience and we will not be back. There are more decent hotels with no extra deposits or housekeeping fees. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

Excellent place to stay and not too far from the airport. Staff was more helpful and understanding than they needed to be. Facility was kept clean and felt safe. Large fridge, microwave and kitchenette was refreshing. The absolute best price in town and it wasn’t of cheap quality.

I booked a 2 bed room but was told upon arrival that they sold out and do not have my room options. Keep in mind I made my booking 2-3 weeks in advance. Then I was given 2 rooms instead of one room with two beds. Upon arrival, the rooms were dirty and not ready

Horrible Horrible place so humiliated and defeated
We got there and our first room was in shambles what a car scissor jack holding the bathroom sink up. When we returned for the store the floor was flooded in the kitchenette area for the fire suppression system above, when we called the front desk we were immediately accused of smoking ( neither of us smoke) and it was only after she got done dealing with something “more important “ was she able to make it to the room and verify what we had told her. We were moved to another room which was in slightly better repair but was filthy so I spent the next day cleaning it since our stay was non-refundable. My partner cheated and verbally abused me so I left and tried to get the deposit switched to his name so I wasn’t liable for his proclivities in that room. I was informed that they would not do that and if we wanted to do that I would forgot the money I paid toward the room and we would have to pay another week with new deposit from my ex man thing. I attempted to try and find other arrangements for myself but was unable so I kick his sorry @$$ out. I was afraid of him returning and doing something to me and when I asked if I could switch rooms if I cleaned the old one well for the remainder of my stay I was told that I had been in the room for 3 days so I would either have to put up with it or leave with no refund. I couldn’t stay I didn’t feel safe so basically the hotel got nights I paid for and probably rented the room again, screwed me the worst way possible.👎

Your partner disrespected me and spoke down on my daughter who has died and she showed no empathy and I realized that I would never spend money with a company who treats their customers this way. This was also a great experience to see what type of company Expedia is. Expedia I will never do business with you again I am going to leave some nice terrible reviews to let the customers know how you treated me during this experience and how you just stole my money when all I did was complain and tell you that I did not feel safe on the property and I disagree with the with the disrespect that was shown towards me. Again I will never do business with Expedia again I will get the word out to my friends and family to never do business with Expedia because I don't understand again how can you guys just steal my money when I call the night of to let you know that I didn't feel safe I felt disrespected and I work hard for my money and I have the right to choose who and when I want my money to go to. I'm also going to reach out to the better Business bureau to see if they can help me come up with the solution as well because I am so sick of these third parties just treating their customers like crap and when we want to break the contract you guys can just steal the money and walk away with a smile on your face.
