Friendly / Helpful Staff - Broken Down Faciliy

Front Desk and Housekeeping Staff were excellent. Facility and room need repair: Elevator broke down for 3 of our 5 day stay. Extremely inconvenient, no sense of urgency to repair. All ice makers were broken down, eventually repaired. Room A/C unit could barely cool the room, maintenance never showed. Room sheers were torn rags.

Pros: Not much
Cons: Staff
noise from above rooms was terrible, had to threaten to call police to get the problem resolved. when checking out refused to give me a receipt

Front desk was a lot nicer than nearby hotel

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Noticed security at night wich is always good to have. Check in and check out was easy. Danielle was very sweet.

SCAM

I prepaid for the hotel through Expedia but after my stay the hotel charged my credit card $250. I called and they said the charge was because we smoked in the room. When I denied it they said that they had pictures. They can't legally have cameras in the room so either they just lie and charge everyone the extra fee or they illegally have cameras in the room, either way, I would not advise anyone to stay there. They are either screwing you out of $250 or are taking pictures without your consent. Since we did not smoke in the hotel, I think they just try this with everyone and see who will fight it & who will just let it go.

Pros: Front desk staff were great
Cons: The facility upgraded and working
The facility is dated and old. the sink was stopped up for the 2 day I was there and was stopped up when I arrived, the shower is low difficult to bend down to shower. The lights in the bathroom are very low and dingy.

Best hotel for I've stayed at for $60 in Denver

Best hotel I've stayed at for $60. Clean rooms, safe area. Breakfast is small.... waffle, cereal, bread, packages muffins, and juice. Worth the price.

No smoking and laundry room was broken

If they had smoking rooms available for marijuana not cigs and if they had bacon at breakfast and more eggs Laundry room didnt work

Budget hotel heaven

First off let me start by saying every single staff member greeted us kindly and were knowledgeable about the city. Our room was updated and spotless. I loved the opening windows for natural air as well. We were there an entire week, and it really did become like home. The fridge and microwave were nice surprises as well. Good breakfast, good coffee, and extremely great for extended stay!!

We stayed at this hotel while a family member was in the hospital. The hotel was in need of cleaning and updates. The carpet was filthy and wet in places by the sink. We did not feel safe due to young men hanging out in the lobby and then going out and mingling in the parking lot. We moved after one night to a different hotel. The price we paid for this hotel was 40.00 more than the suite we reserved for the remainder of our trip. Do not stay at this place.
