Try something else.

Posted Feb 23, 2017
Pros: Staff was friendly and responsive.
Cons: Remodel / revamp this thing.
Location: didnt have time to check much out. Village Inn is restaurant across the street... its ok.
Many issues here. This is an older unit and not maintained or updated in a LONG LONG time. There are TVs and remotes in the rooms - but the TV is from the 90s and the remote doesnt affect it. There is no answer to the wake-up call request. The paint and wall paper are from 80s or earlier. The rooms are clean but dated. There are SO SO many hotels within walking distance that you would be better off checking them out ... Holiday Suites, Embassy, Marriot, etc...

Room was not very clean, bathroom floor was gross. It was close to airport and shuttle service are the good things.

FIRE ALARM BROKEN AND WON'T FIX

Posted Feb 22, 2017
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Staff, Case Goods
The fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night. Apparently it had gone off several times in the immediately preceding 24 hours as well. Hotel staff had no idea how to turn it off--fire department took an hour to arrive the first time...20 minutes to arrive the second time. The chief fireman on the scene wrote up the hotel because the night time manager was being rude and unhelpful and had not called the alarm repair company as instructed the day before or the first time the alarm went off earlier in the night. When I asked for a refund, this same front desk manager provided a disrespectful and profanity laden reply and commanded me to call the daytime manager the next day and ask. I have since called....but still no reply. Truly disheartening and sad experience.

Ok hotel

Close to airport breakfast was a waste not good at all. To leave your car and take the shuttle you have to pay $8.00/day extra. 🙁

Ok... if you just need a cheap place to stay over!

Rooms are dated. Door to room had a half in gap to the hallway. Could actually see into the hallway from inside my room with door closed... NOT GOOD...
