This property is old, needs to be refurbished and the service is non-existent. I picked it due to location but there are many other options around and I would recommend them

The room was clean but lacking in amenities - and the front desk was unwilling to help. There was also listed on site parking, but did not know it would be $24 daily until we checked in, and that the parking garage would be difficult to access from the hotel. The hotel also over cooked our room and forced an additional $30 a night charge and did not provide the city view as listed in the booking.

Didn’t like the incidental charge of $25 forcing us to dine there. Tried checking in early and lady was going to charge $50 extra for being early.

We have confirmed that the Destination fee is listed on Expedia under the price details and Important information sections of the site both before and during the booking process to be as transparent as possible. The hotel's standard check-in time is 4pm. This allows us time after guests check out of the room to ensure the rooms have been cleaned and are ready for new occupants. Great stay! The parking is actually at a building separate and unrelated to the hotel so you have to pay each and every time you leave. It would have been better if we could have been charged a flat fee per day so we could go in and out.

The property is very clean and upscale, i had a problem with the valet parking on return of my rental car they notice damage to the driver side mirror the cover was missing. i only drove it to the hotel and back to the rental car place so something happen when i gave it the valet people. i purchase damage insurance from expedia so i am waiting to hear from the rental car if any other action is necessary.

The hotel is in the center of downtown Denver and surrounded by high rise buildings. There are places that the sun only hits for a few minutes each day. The wind whips through intersections. Our room was smaller than expected but was comfortable. The shower drain clogged up on our last night. The hotel bar was our favorite spot to use the $25/night credit that you pay $59 towards a mandatory fee. Two drinks and one appetizer was $62! Valet parking was $59/night and the car came back dirty. I'm not a city dweller and don't handle all the homeless people that well. None of them approached us but I wasn't comfortable around them. There is a definite problem in Denver. Security guards are virtually in every business near the hotel. We were there to watch dance competitions and the facility is excellent for that.
