Lower end for Embassy

Posted Oct 3, 2016
Pros: Location
Cons: Condition of hotel.
You can expect the usual things from the Embassy chain. Open lobby, glass elevators, room layout, reception, breakfast. 14er restaurant is expensive and not worth the menu prices. Plenty other places to eat around the hotel. Overall the hotel itself needs some TLC for the Embassy brand. Lots of small things being worked or fixed throughout. Ducktape on elevator floors, holes in walls where fixtures are supposed to be, etc. Just looks older and a little roughed up compared to every other Embassy I've been in. I've stayed in many and am an HH member. Was clean and had the basics covered though. Not saying I wouldn't recommend it. Just expect for it to not be like other Embassys if you've been in many.

Business traveler

The hotel provided adequate facilities for a business center that could be greatly improved. Parking was an issue both nights as I returned in the evening.

Beautiful hotel with great staff.

Hotel is very nice. Balconies overlook middle of hotel where each morning a breakfast spread is out for 3 hrs and at night a 2 hour free cocktail and snack spread. Only complaint was that our last day we couldn't get a housekeeper and cleaned it ourselves.

Stayed an extra night because we liked it so much!

Posted Jun 21, 2016
Pros: Very clean and updated. Never heard people in other rooms. Great breakfast. Safe, convenient location.
Cons: Elevators are a little slow. Staff remedied our issues with the pool and our toilet.
Location: Close to the interstate. Next to a Target, Chikfila, coffee and grocery stores. Felt very safe there.
Traveling to Denver area for the first time with two little kids. Hotel was just renovated and the rooms were very well appointed and very clean! Beds were comfy and we had plenty of space. Nice location (Target and Chikfila next door too) and convenient to the interstate. Great breakfast in the morning and staff was attentive. Evening reception with free drinks and snacks was excellent also. We actually added another night here instead of traveling on and moving hotels. The only reason I didn't rate as excellent overall was because we had a toilet issue that took over 2hrs to fix (and 2 phone calls to the desk). I eventually went to the desk and asked to see a manager about it, and the staff was very aplologetic and even offered to give us a credit to our bill for the inconvenience. Then, about 10 minutes later, the guy came to fix it. The first night we were there, the pool had a light that was hanging out and going on and off (looked like a hazard). We didn't let our kids swim (which broke their hearts) and called to report it to the desk. The next day, they closed the pool for about half the day and fixed it. Once it was fixed, the pool was great. Would definitely stay again!!!

The hotel was under renovation and we didn't know until we were there. The pool was closed, the restaurant was closed and there were working crews all over. The updates are very nice but would have been nice to know. The renovation will be going on for a few more months. The staff was wonderful everywhere we went!! The water in the shower took 5 minutes to get warm and the microwave was broken at the time of our stay.

No more Balcony with the new remodel.

Posted May 13, 2016
Pros: Service, and Breakfast.
Cons: It'll be great when it is done.
Location: Minutes away from restaurants, bars, and shopping.
I was not happy when I went to the room and there was no balcony. The pool and Hot tub were undergoing a face lift too. I wanted to be mad, but the service was awesome! Breakfast was great, something for everyone. The evening reception was very social, and the snacks were good.
