Room was great, service sucked. Made reservation for 2 rooms on 1 itinerary, originally, they said they only had one.after 20 m8n of showingvthem the reservation, itinerary and confirmation number, we fonally figured out that that room might be under different name. You figure a manager that deals with reservations from hotel.com would know this and ask, but had to give me a run around for 10 min. Then, never got the free drink coupons. To top it off, apparently their parking gate was broken when we first oarked and didnt realize we had to pay for parking, so when we left at 3 in the morning, we coyldnt get out of the oarking lot. So they charge you $10 to psrk, and then tell uou at check in you shouldnt oark here because cars get stolen and broken in to all rhe time...what a joke.
