smelled like smoke through the vents.

Every time we would leave and come back the room would smell like smoke. We called down and they said they would send someone nobody came to deodorize the room. Had horrible cough and my son has asthma:/

Room for the disabled

Pros: Full made-to-order breakfast in the morning. Good pool and workout facilities.
Embassy Suites is a great hotel. This was my first experience that didn't match my expectations. We ended up with a room configured for the disabled and because of the upcoming Memorial Day holiday, there was no other room for us to move to. The disabled configuration is less comfortable for the non-disabled. There is no sink in the bathroom. It's worth reading that twice. There is no door between the front room and the back bedroom. There is no towel rack by the sink in the bedroom so there's never a towel there after the room is cleaned. You are reminded of this after washing your hands and then remembering that the towels are in the bathroom. We stayed in room 229. In that room, the door does close and just barely locks but there is a gap between the door and door jamb that widens from the top of the door to the bottom. At the bottom, you could pass small objects through with the door shut. Hopefully, this can be fixed so it is of less concern for the next guests.

The 2 hour managers reception and made to order omelets, make it well worth the money! Our favorite hotel

Wasn't sure why you couldn't go barefoot to the pool. We didn't bring the tight shoes to wear with our bathing suits.

Don't get in the water

The pool and pool area dirty water smelled bad pool needs a new paint job would look better and needs to be treated corretly whole needed cleaned and no antibaterial wipes in fitness room. Food good service nice rooms large and comfortable

A soft and delicious place to land!

We always love to stay at Embassy Suites and we were not disappointed. We are a family of four with two young children. This time my mother joined us and she was comfortable on the sofa bed in the living room. The beds were divine after a long trip. A wonderful landing spot. Breakfast was delicious and made to order. No dry cardboard pancakes here! Staff was courteous and welcoming. Highly recommend and will most certainly return.
