we arrived and was shown great respect for booking

Pros: social hour, breakfast, room accommodation
Cons: there were so many people there that the complementary horderves could of been replaced more often pp were taking a lot while going through the lines
we all had a great time while we were there. the staff brought a baby bed for our grand children and even when our 2 year old was playing in the room watching cartoons and called 911 the security responded and was professionally there for the response breakfast was excellent I would recommend staying here every time you are in Denver.

Nice hotel, close to family.

Pros: Breakfast and convenient location
Cons: Bigger pool.
Location: It was in Centennial, CO, near the tech center, lots of shopping, or a quick trip on I-25 to downtown or I-70 to the mountains.
I wanted to have all of my children be able to stay in one place, and it was nice. The evening "meal" was just a snack, but we did order pizzas that were good. The morning meal was absolutely fantastic! The only complaint I have is the size of the pool. There were many families staying there and the pool was not near large enough. They need 3 of this size pool to accommodate all of the families. Also, when I asked at the desk if they had a roll-a-way, the clerk said they have no roll-a-ways. What she neglected to tell me was they have a couch in every room that makes out into a bed, so the roll-a-way is unnecessary.

Liked location and room was nice. Hot tube was cold was disappointed with that.

Pros: Nicely kept up and great breakfast
Cons: slippery bathtub. Handicap shower fell off during shower.
Location: Easy to get to Centennial and Aurora. About 1 mile off highway.
excellent check in. some ice and snow near doorway to the lobby could have been cleaned up better. Room was big. Elevators are slow despite there being 3 of them. Great breakfast. Location not that accessible from highway.

We wantEd a hotel between our sons house in colorado springs and the Denver airport this was a nice area to stay .

The hotel was very nice, as well as the amenities. The location was very convenient and it was easy to get to nearby shopping centers, restaurants, etc.

Management could care less - no return phonecalls

Disappointed - left item in my room. Housekeeping manager never returned 2 phonecalls and General Manager never returned 3 phonecalls - was told maybe she's too busy - has 6motels to manage. Poor poor excuse
