Bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain we let the staff know, they said they would get one and fix it. Didn’t happen. We always look for hotels with hot breakfast. So we booked this one because they claimed to have breakfast. There was no breakfast, we asked nicely about the breakfast and they kept saying it would be ready in 30 mins. Our time to leave came around and we left to eat breakfast somewhere else because the breakfast was never ready.

The hotel staff was very friendly but the hotel itself was crowded and seemed to be very loud. The wing of the hotel I was on had children running in the hallway all night I ended up leaving and checking out early the same night because of this. The outlets in my room were melted and I could not charge any devices.

Worst Stay at a hotel ever
It definitely was the worst stay at a hotel ever. When i was llok for my room i was expecting it to be room 202 but after look up and down the hallway i finall ask 2 housekeeprs and they said it was actually room 203. Then at 4 in the morning the smoke alarm went off and i had to get out of the room quicky cause i didnt know if the buildinf was on fire. I forgot my jacket and my room key and went outside in the freezing cold for about 10 mins which definitely was annoying since it was a false alarm it was someone cooking that set the smoke detectors off. When get back to my room i notice that all the drawers and cabinets were open in room and was wondering why my stuff had been gone through. Neverless i didnt say anything because i was too tured to complain andnjust went back to bed. But i felt like my privicy was violated.

The staff woke up twice, once in the middle of the night and once again in the morning cause for some reason the staff that checked me in did not put me in the system. Worst experience ever there so definitely won't be back there for sure. That's another reason they are so cheap to stay there

This hotel should NOT be booking rooms. Check-in:was not told that there was no access through the back closer to the elevator (could see elevators from the front desk), so after driving around and parking, unloading luggage, we found out there was no access, so re-loaded drove around to the front and unloaded again. Extra frustrating when tired from a long drive. Room: NONE of the normal accoutrements were in the kitchen - utensils, plates, cups, etc. No coffee-maker or available when we asked. No trashcan in kitchen or bathroom. Carpet looked like someone had smashed raisins into the carpet and never cleaned up. There was no chair available for the kitchen/work table and no other desk. When I went down to the front desk about the missing kitchen items, was given a tote with the basics, but it took a couple hours for the trashcans to be brought up (understaffed - one per person was trying to do everything). Phone didn't work, so when the toilet clogged, had to go down to the front desk again. Got a useless plunger that looked to be 10 years old. Went back down and finally got a plunger just functional enough to actually work. Found out from someone in the hotel that all residents had to be out by 7/21/23 because the building was being torn down. Odd...because we'd been told the building was under renovation.

We were only able to stay for a few hours before our flight. I’m so glad our stay was short. The carpet at our entry way had stuff all in the floor. When we entered there was a weird, nasty smell. The leather on the sitting chair was cracked, it looked as though someone spilled something down the side of the couch. The paint on the bathroom door was pealing, there was what looked to be dry wall patched near the shower curtain. We were afraid to put anything down because of how dirty everything was. We’ve been to a lot of hotels but this was so bad!!!!

We showed up at 5 PM to check in. The room was filthy. Beds were still dirty from the previous people. Garbage under the beds. Absolutely DO NOT recommend!!! They had no clean rooms so we had to find a different hotel!! The maids argued with the front desk clerk about having to do their jobs and go clean a room. Worst hotel ever!!!

Well where to begin, you pull up and right away there are 2 parking spots reserved for the police. You walk in and the first thing that I seen was a police substation right across from the reception area. I prepaid for my room and upon check-in was told they didn't have my reservation and she couldn't find my name. Showed her my information, she found me but then couldn't determine what room number I had been assigned to. She had to call someone else and they facetimed to help her get me checked in. The room was not the cleanest at all, some areas still had food on the floor and counters were not wiped down. Luckily I carry clorox wipes with me so I cleaned off everything myself. I left the room and came back to only find out my key didn't work. I was there for an event and didn't have time to find another hotel room. There was music play loud until about midnight. A bunch of transient type of people, although nice it was a bit suspect. Upon checking out, found out I wasn't officially even CHECKED IN!! The manager was nice and comped my room....but it wasn't worth it.
