We found a cockroach in the bathroom so we decided to leave early and no one was at the front desk. We had no where to leave the key. The room next to ours looked like it had been broken into and over all we just felt very gross and unsafe after this visit.

Property manager made me wait a hour to check in and made me miss an appointment I had to get ready for. When asked to be compensated was told the 800# took care of that. When called them, was told the on site manager took care of it. Was told by both call center and manager I would get a call resolving matter and never did

Exceptional. Room 368 did not have pots and pan for a hotel that has stove top, heating and cooling system could not be controlled; I could not turn it off, and the toilet tank has a mechanical defect.

The room was disgusting the microwave was not in the wall it was on the table I had dirty towels no washcloths when I pulled the sheets back there was blood stains on the sheets that you could tell is from previous use I called the manager they said that they were going to come and change the sheets they never did I called back no answer I had to sleep in there on top of the blankets I couldn't stay warm the heater was making a loud noise and it blew out cold air it was a horrible night

Don’t choose this motel!
Listing on Hotels.com said kitchenette. HOWEVER, should have said “with no utensils or pots and pans, etc.”. They do have these items to purchase. We went to Walmart. Floor was filthy. Asked 3 days in a row for it to be cleaned. Never taken care of. We just wore shoes the whole time. Cockroaches found last night we were there. Parking lot and sidewalks dirty and not kept up. We chose this motel because it was pet friendly. Never again.

It is right off the highway so it is easily accessible. Parking is right outside of the door. The light rail is right next to it. Thank you.

Had to wait over 3 hours past check in time for our room. While there was definitely hot water in the kitchenette and bathroom sinks, virtually none of it made it to the shower. There was a constant noise as if the bathroom exhaust fan in an adjoining unit was dying a horrible death.

Worst experience evert
The room was dirty and had cockroaches in the room the refrigerator didn't work and lost my food. Also there was no staff that could help me at 8pm nor in the morning to fix and or clean the room or to simply be moved to another room. I left the site around 8;45am and left a note to make sure they would check me out since I had a two night staid. When I first check in around 5-6pm I went back to the front desk to let them know to see if they could clean the room or had another one available the only staff was the lady in front desk who said she would try to help me but nobody went there. I did mention to check me out she said that I had to do it in the morning? but no staff was available before 8:45 am nor on the phone number which they listed. left a note and left.

Highly not recommended
Check in at 9pm, no one at the office. Waiting till 940pm than someone help us to check in ( with attitude), he acted like it was our fault🤔. Soon we get the room, room was in terrible condition. No shower curtains, bathroom door handle broken, smell cigarettes (and it said at the reservation when i booked no smoking room). I came back and talked to the same guy who helped us check in and told him the condition of our room... he said " i put in our note". And that's it. Than the next day i came again to office, the lady was very nice and helpful, they fixed the door handle but no shower curtains still. They not offer us to move to new room or anything. Seem like they just didn't care. Btw they did fixed the door handle. But that was it. . 2 nights we stayed without shower curtains! They should give me my money back or some compensation!
