Check in at 9pm, no one at the office. Waiting till 940pm than someone help us to check in ( with attitude), he acted like it was our fault🤔. Soon we get the room, room was in terrible condition. No shower curtains, bathroom door handle broken, smell cigarettes (and it said at the reservation when i booked no smoking room). I came back and talked to the same guy who helped us check in and told him the condition of our room... he said " i put in our note". And that's it. Than the next day i came again to office, the lady was very nice and helpful, they fixed the door handle but no shower curtains still. They not offer us to move to new room or anything. Seem like they just didn't care. Btw they did fixed the door handle. But that was it. . 2 nights we stayed without shower curtains! They should give me my money back or some compensation!
