The walls were paper thin and we heard a lot of noise. We stayed two nights. The first night at 2AM and 3AM we heard two loud bangs like someone was banging on our front door. It scared us because it was very loud and we weren't sure if someone was trying to break our door down. We would never stay there again. Plus, my receipt upon check out had my name, but a different credit card number and amount. Not sure how that happened, but it doesn't matter because we were charged the correct amount when we originally booked the reservation.

I checked in @3:00. The maintenance person was already gone when I found that the door didn't lock on the inside and the refrigerator didn't work. When i went to check out I stood in the lobby (with other people) waiting for someone to come to the front desk. I couldn't wait any longer than 5 minutes and left the key card and left.

Reserve con tiempo en unos de los hoteles que usó con más frecuencia pero al momento de llegar al establecimiento no tenían cuartos disponibles. No me gustaría que me volviera a pasar
