Decided to move.

This was a motel - more like a Motel 6. Dirty, trash in parking lot. Gap under door that cold wind blew in. No blankets just a thinly stained bed cover....we left for the Hyatt and only paid $15 more to stay at the Hyatt. The staff were friendly in the office.

Terrible

We don't like the experience, the room and I was very dirty. We have to change hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Absolutely horrible, filthy room, window was unlocked and partially open, sheets had a nasty Stain, phones did not work, breakfast was very cheap-not like picture, hairs in the towels. Drug addicts hanging around area and staying in hotel.

Perfect place

Pros: It's location
Location: Dispensary in the same parking lot, strip mall a few streets over, also a strip club a few streets over.
For what I was looking for it was great. Close to everything but not super expensive.

Nice and close to the university but our room stunk really bad. Pillows were flat, bed only had sheet and bed spread-no other blanket. Just wasn't very nice. The pictures made it look a lot better then it was.

Cons: This is one of the dirtiest, shadiest dumps I've ever stayed at.
Stay away from this place for sure. Not only is it dirty, but the customer service is lacking so bad. If you need a drinking glass or towels you have to trot down to the office and get em yourself.

GABF 2016 Trip

The area was hit & miss due to the mix of 'businesses', great place for the money, easily uber'ed to fun and cool places at a low cost plus quickly. The rooms were clean and appreciated the strict 'no smoking' rules. If i had to complain, the beds weren't so comfy due to the noisy bedding (sounded like paper/rubber mattress covering).

Had to go to front office to "check out" coffee pot, dish ware. Pillows were on a chair that said to get pillow cases from front office, and, pillows were filthy.
