Location was good

Pros: Nothing..........
Cons: Clean the place up
Location: Location was good and Denney's was across the street.
Rug was dirty and worn, chairs were dirty and stained. Bed sheets were a wrinkled mess and not made proper. No cups or container for ice or water, No hair dryer. No coffee pot and the continual breakfast was coffee and oat meal only. The bath room was the only clean part of the room.

Need a smoking room? This place has 'em!

If the ability to smoke in your hotel room is of any importance to you, then you'll want to check this Extended Stay out. Other than that benefit, it's pretty much just a hotel room. No frills, no fancy. Just a place to stay the night or for an extended period of time. Staff is friendly and the rates are doable. Bonus points for allowing pets to stay with you for a nominal additional charge. The denizens of this Extended Stay location remind me of being in a David Lynch fever dream but, in my opinion, that's also an added bonus that's free of charge. I'd stay again.

Don't do it.

Better off sleeping in the grass outside. Literally 10 sheets of toilet paper on the roll, no extra rolls anywhere in the room. But hey, brand new box of tissue. Place is a complete dive.

Bad choice

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Put dishes in the rooms, clean up the non-smoking rooms.
I failed to do my usual research to find a hotel for my stay in Denver. This hotel was the worst extended stay I have stayed in. The hotel needed the landscaping cleaned up, it was dirty and my "non-smoking" room smelled like the last person who stayed smoked alot while they were there. I had to go to the front desk just to get a glass, there was no dishes, silverware, glasses, mugs.......anything in the room. Most of the other places I've stayed have always had the bare essentials in the cupboards.

Never again

This hotel is very old and run down. The elevator had us wondering if we were ever going to get to the third floor or back down to ground level. Several things in the room were broken including the microwave, lamps and shower head. It's kitchenette style but you have to ask for pans, dishes and utensils and carry them all to your room. We also had to ask for a blow dryer and coffee maker. Only one partial roll of toilet paper and had to ask for another roll when we ran out. We asked for 2 rolls but they said policy is one roll at a time. "Free breakfast" consisted of oatmeal and coffee or hot chocolate. Check out time is 11:00 but housekeeping knocked on our door twice, once at 9:30 and again at 10:15 even though the "do not disturb" sign was placed. We will never stay here again.

DON'T DO IT!! dirty room, used towels, DISGUSTING!

Cons: EVERYTHING, SHOULD BE CONDEMNED DUE TO THE DRUG ADDICTS LIVING THERE!
Please please do not stay here. We arrived around midnight, there where cops arresting people in the parking lot, the night shift person appeared to be on drugs. Told us there was a problem with the reservation, never said the problem was our room was USED. Went to our room, the beds had been slept in, dirty towels, bugs, dirty sink, absolutely the most disgusting place ever! In all my years I have NEVER seen a more disgusting room!! This hotel is NOT ok not even close! DO NOT STAY HERE...absolutely horrible! They would not refund me, thankfully expedia is awesome and compensated me for the horrendous treatment!

horrible experience never again

I asked for toilet paper your reply was you have to pay extra for room service to get a roll of toilet paper. On one of the nights there was at least 10 guys hanging out in front of the lobby smoking and drinking. I had to walk thru that with my 4 yr old granddaughter. Your reply was welcome to Colorado and that we all drink and smoke. I was afraid to stay my family came and picked me up for the night. Your staff didn't care.
