Great place near airport

Everything was great...my only issue was the bed pillows (too big), but maybe that's just me.

Only free parking if book direct

Checked in no one mentioned parking was only included if you booked direct 5 minutes before we got on the shuttle. Clean hotel but all tile in bathroom was cracked on the floor

Disappointing

Posted Aug 28, 2016 on Hotels
When I checked in in the afternoon, the lady at reception was very nice, as were the ladies later in the day. However, I had to walk in the rain three or four blocks to find a place to eat (Ruby Tuesday, where one can eat at any city in the country -- very ordinary). The room was reasonably clean, other than the fact that one of the two packages of coffee accessories (sugar, creamer, stirs, etc) had been opened and not replaced. Also, the coffee maker was missing its lid, which upon later inspection apparently was to trip open the bottom of the brewing reservoir, so the coffee overflowed into the tray under the machine while I was in the shower. I was going to tell the desk attendant in the morning, but waited for a good while, and no one appeared. The shuttle was leaving for the airport, so I had to go. Also, the place, despite the fact that I had reserved the room weeks in advance, was far too expensive for nothing but three floors of ordinary sleeping/showering quarters with no amenities but food vending machines and free self-serve "breakfast", and out with nothing but other hotels in the plains by the airport. Poo! Next time I'll stay downtown where there a good eateries, and take a later flight.

Convenient, Friendly, and Helpful

Posted Aug 9, 2016 on Hotels
Our stay was pleasant. We stay here when we need a place near the airport to stay when we have an early morning flight. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We left my niece's car at the hotel and the hotel kept her key at the front desk for her to pick up the car the next day, and they did not charge me to leave the car for 1 day (Our fmaily lives in Denver, and we were using one their cars), They also have free wifi, and public computers to download boarding passes. Also, there are a variety of restaurants close by (like Ruby Tuesday's) to grab a quick bite in the evenings.Even if you don't have a car you can walk to a few of the restaurants.

Sorry to see they got rid of free parking. Now they charge what they call Park and Fly.
