Beds were comfortable, breakfast plentiful, and great location. The smell of bacon cooking in the morning kept waking me up, and the bathroom had a weird smell to it.

Very clean stafd very friendly. Only bad thing was the hot tub was cold due to below freezing outside they couldnt get it warm

Shower from hell!!!
Housekeeping didn’t clean my room or give me fresh towels it was comfortable clean upon arrival and the shower went from extremely hot to ice cold it would not find a middle ground.

Great Time!
Very comfortable hotel, I was able to check in, even though I didn’t get the floor I wanted it was ok, my room did have a humid weird stench but overall the room was clean so hey it wasn’t much to complain about .

Clean, comfortable room, nice and warm, especially in snowy weather. It felt friendly and welcoming. The staff members were all helpful and wonderful. We will definitely stay there again when visiting Aurora.

Great stay for a friend
Set up booking for a friend staying in area - using a corner suite. Unit was roomy and clean. Guest really enjoyed the pool. Location was very convenient.

Beds were comfortable ,pool was under a complete renovation,no problems but the lady at the front desk could have been a little more professional. The gentleman was great but she continued to talk over the gentleman while he was trying to check me in . The conversation wasn't professional and she belched loudly while I was checking in. I just think she could work on her professionalism.
