Very nice hotel, nice location and kid friendly

This was a very nice hotel, everything from the friendliness of staff to little surprises like snacks for our son and honest company toiletry set. Very nice experience and walking location to 16th street shopping.

I absolutely loved staying here. Beautiful executive suites with mountain views! Minibar and room service were also excellent! Pool on the roof was pretty awesome too! I would recommend staying here.

luxury in down town denver

Location: Easy walk to many major Denver attractions and dining
My wife and I recently stayed two nights in this hotel. The staff was outstanding - always helpful and with suggestions that help make our stay in Denver more comfortable and convenient. The room was pure luxury - outstanding bed, spacious room, spacious bathroom. The view wasn't anything special but we didn't care as we only spent our evenings after dinner there. If we go back to Denver, we will stay there again.

The neighboring construction is very busy and very loud and goes on 6 days a week. We had a suite on the 11 th floor and our view was the construction site if 40 + workmen. The spa does not have a sauna, the solarium rest room beds were broken and stuck in uncomfortable positions. The spa was neglected, used cups glasses were scattered all over and the wet towel ice bowl was empty. Services however were excellent. Use April for an amazing 80 minute rejuvenating facial. In our room the bathtub drain would not close ( although once we requested service it was fixed within an hour) On our first morning I was woken up at 6:45 am by the presence of a staff member in our room, when I sat up she ran out without saying a word. the dry cleaning of someone else had been left in our sitting area. The manager kindly arrived promptly to pick it up and apologize. She offered to comp our breakfast for the inconvenience. That was fine but 15 minutes later the same staff member rang the door bell trying to deliver the same dry cleaning to us again! The Edge restaurant food is excellent but very over priced. However with the hotels appologie we were not charged for in room dinning or breakfast. Overnight parking is $46 so if you care try and park your car nearby instead. Staff members are mostly very polite and accommodating.

Pros: Size of the room
Excellent price for a beyond excellent room! I traveled for business and stayed for just one night but it was well worth it.

Solid Hotel

Good hotel but needs some fine tuning; I went to the pool after 5pm and it looked a mess; towels everywhere as well as dirty dishes. Behind the bar cabinets were in unsightly order. Otherwise room service was great.

Great hotel. Staff, not so much

Check in was ridiculous. The night manager was rude, unhelpful and fresh out of highschool. Im surprised that a hotel of this caliber has a clown running the front desk. After check in everything was fine.

Standard Four Seasons, First Class

Cons: Not that I noticed
Location: 1 mile to Coors Field if you are going to a ball game.
Great location, well trained professional staff, beautiful facilities. I'm not sure what else to say, I highly recommend this hotel.

Luxury in the Best Location!

Pros: Service, Bathroom, Spa and location
Location: Close to great restaurants in Larimer Square. One block from Mall ride easy access to all downtown activities. Easy access to highway
Hotel & staff exceeded expectations. From the warm welcome, friendly staff and attention to detail everything was perfect. Our bathroom was amazing. Loved the amenities like tv in bath mirror, heated floors, separate shower with rain shower, soaking tub and separate toilet room. Then Nespresso machine made waking up easy. The spa was awesome. Best massage ever! Can't wait to return!
