Pros: Nice facility and close to sights.
Cons: None that comes to mind
Location: Two blocks away from 16th Street Mall with many restaurants and shops. There is also a free shuttle that goes up and down the Mall.
Nice location that is close to the 16th Street Mall. Valet parking is $42 per night but there are a lot of public parking nearby if you don't want to pay the charge. Check in was a breeze and they put me in a high non-smoking floor. Room and bathroom was a nice size and bed was comfy. Like the under the bathroom sink light that has motion sensors - good when getting up at night. Lots of plugs to recharge devices for the three of us in the room. Free wifi was not bad. No problems with housekeeping.

Not smoker friendly. Im not a full time smoker, I like the smoke with wine, they have smokers stand on the street with no comfort at all.

Overall nice hotel. Did not like that the bathroom door was a sliding door and did not close completely to provide optimum privacy

Close to the fun and to all of the cultural sites.

We had a terrific experience. The staff were knowledgeable about things to do and the hotel is perfectly located and within walking distance to all the fun activities. We also enjoyed the pool and gym, and room service was excellent and very good prices for the excellent quality. Plan ahead if you want to eat out. The lobby bar and fire places were stunning.

Convenient Location

Pros: Staff were great
Cons: More attention to detail like more towels by pool and a lock for the ladies pool bathroom. Lighted mirror in the bathroom didn't work.
Location: Great location.
Close to the 16th street mall. Near many restaurants and shops.

Nazi Conference Hotel - Never Been so Scared

Posted Mar 24, 2017
Pros: Apparently someone brought a gun to the lobby of the hotel on Saturday to try to attack the Nazis.
Cons: My safety was in danger because the Grand Hyatt hosted a Nazi conference, did not inform me of this, and even made me feel unsafe complaining about th
The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is very kind and nice. The location is great. Everything was very clean. The only problem: the hotel hosted a Nazi (Turning Point) conference. I got a Nazi/terrorist vibe from the place all day on Saturday but figured I was just being paranoid. I have always been very curious about politics and history, so I have had a lot of nightmares about Nazis and the link in the past. I figured I am just over-sensitive to these concerns. Then I went outside and found out that people were protesting because the Grand Hyatt was hosting a Nazi (Turning Point) speaker. If I wouldn't have been very sick (later found out pneumonia), running a fever, and unsure about where else I could stay that night, I would have cancelled my reservations. But having never been to Denver before, I opted to stay in the hotel. Then, after dinner, I came back to the hotel with a very high fever. At this point, I got onto an elevator filled with white people. Terrified, I got off on the wrong floor to get away from people I thought might be Nazis. When I got back to my room, I did some research and found out the hotel was hosting a Nazi CONFERENCE. I am an "Aryan" looking person and I'm terrified. I can’t even imagine how people of color and Jewish guests at the hotel must have felt. I couldn’t even call the hotel to complain while I was there because HOW CAN I TRUST THE PEOPLE WHO ALLOW A NAZI CONFERENCE? If I wanted to get out of there safely, I had to shut up.

Nice hotel close to shopping/dining.

The only problem I had with this hotel is that their only parking option is valet, which ran $42 a day. That's pretty steep.
