Location: nice location, with food and shopping near by
room 530, the AC is directed right into the beds. If you don't like that, avoide the 530 room

Great staff , great hotel, great breakfast

Excellent place to stay. Great staff , clean rooms, great continental breakfast. No interruption from nearby airport. Not a single complaint. Quiet place to get some rest after a long day of outdoor activities. Far from city , but close to airport.

Nice Hotel Near Denver Airport

Pros: Free breakfast, free food (dinner) in the evening with beer and wine, free airport shuttle, and nice staff.
Cons: Our only complaint was the TV remote, a common complaint we found out. The hotel is working on swapping out the TV's to fix the problem.
Location: In the closer grouping of airport hotels - about 7 miles away. Free shuttle.
The rooms are nicely laid out with full kitchens, lounging couch, separator between bedroom and living room and a gorgeous, large bathroom - great shower! The bed was very comfortable.

terrific stay and great staff

Pros: The staff were so great, the room was well designed and with a full kitchen. Close proximity to restaurants, the interstate and the airport.
Cons: No, can't complain about anything.
Location: The airport is quite a long way from downtown but there are still restaurants, gas station and the convenience store all within walking distance.
I arrived at 5pm and after a little confusion about where I was to be picked up, they were there quite quickly. My sister arrived about midnight, after the shuttle would normally finish but they still came and picked her up (I did check to make sure someone would be able to do so). Breakfast was terrific and all of the staff, from the front desk to the dining room we so great. Worth every penny and then some. We didn't need the full kitchen but still very nice.

Was not compensated for reservation trouble

Even after calling to check and make sure my reservation was ok since I was arriving late. Upon arriving at 1 am I was told I needed to be moved to another hotel and I would compensated for it. I was told to call expedia to make sure everything was correct. The next day I was charged for the Hyatt and the Aloft (the hotel I was moved to). Am waiting on hold for the past 30 minutes to talk with customer service at expedia. NOT HAPPY with my $500 charges for two different hotels for a room I was supposedly going to be compensated for due to issue with the Hyatt and expedia's booking system.

Very nice hotel

Pros: The room, hallways, elevators and outside surrounding area was kept nice and clean.
Location: For us this location was perfect. Shopping and restaurant were not to far to get to.
I has a very nice experience at this hotel. It was very comfortable & the staff was Great!!

So close to DIA and great free hot breakfast.

I was travling with my two young sons on a very late flight. We stayed to avoid driving. We slept very well, had a great omelette for breakfast. Good hot coffee and all included.

Very convenient to the Denver airport.

My sister and I stayed here for one night before catching a flight the following day. Staff are amazing, anything we needed was taken care of immediately. The shuttle to the airport was right on time. I highly recommend this for anyone needing a good nights rest!
