one night stay in Denver

Pros: The Staff treated us with the utmost respect as if we were someone special. Especially, "Arturo"
Cons: Keep up the great service
Location: I liked the variety of restaurants available and the proximity to the hotel
The room, staff, and accommodations were perfect. The shuttle service to and from the car rental and from the hotel to the terminal was excellent.

High End Hotel

Pros: It was beautiful and the staff so friendly.
The hotel was amazing and the staff friendly. I wanted to move into the hotel permanently! It had everything that you would ever need. I would absolutely stay again.

Pros: Close to the airport

Short trip, no problem

Pros: Breakfast. Proximity to airport.
Cons: Communication with booking agencies regarding room availability.
This was a nice little place. The breakfast was excellent. Our only issue was that we reserved a king suite (through Expedia) which was apparently unavailable and we were only informed of this after the credit card was swiped. They were full so we couldn't make any changes. The room we got was comfortable and fit our needs so the experience was not compromised terribly by this 'oversight'. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would do so again (confirming room availability before arrival).

Great hotel close to Denver airport

Cons: Front staff could be trained to be more friendly. The man was surly as I would expect from a cheap hotel.
Easy parking, they make a very nice breakfast & it was very quiet..

The front desk was very nice and friendly from the moment me and my husband walked in, they answered any questions we had about where to eat and fun things to do in Denver and in the area. The breakfast is amazing!!! do not skip out on the breakfast they have a huge selection from french toast,bacon they had someone making delicious omelets don't miss out. my stay was awesome i highly recommend.

Convenient and comfortable

Genuinely nice and flexible staff, and great hotel

Pros: pretty much everything
Location: Never had time to do much but there are a few nice restaurants only a few minutes away.
We both started and ended our trip at this hotel. Rooms were excellent - even had small kitchenettes! Well insulated from noise which is more than I can say for a lot of other places we stayed during our tour of the US southwest. Excellent Wifi which is also surprisingly rare. Best of all the curtains actually block out all the light so we could go to bed early and sleep. Staff were great - we had a 6:00 a.m. flight and had to leave at 3:00 a.m. They prepared a breakfast package to go for us because we would be gone by the time the breakfast started being served. They even had a digital hand-scale to lend us so we could determine if our bag was overweight for the flight. Very nice. View of the sun setting over the mountains added to overall positive experience.
