Good value

Helpful staff, great room, coffee facilities, very good breakfast and shuttle took us direct to rental car the next day. Excellent, would stay again.

Much nicer than I expected

Cons: The sofa pull out might work for small children, who may not notice how uncomfortable the pull out is for an adult.
I was traveling with my husband and adult son. We had planned on being close to the airport, since we were only staying one night. The hotel itself is wonderful and has many amentities. Our room had a full kitchen and living room area, the sofa was a pull out. A lot of thought went into planning the layout which really made you feel you were more in a suite. The on suite bathroom was huge and more spa like. Hotel staff was very helpful with recommendations. There is an indoor pool and several lobby areas. The breakfast was very good.

Stuck in Denver

Pros: Staff, room, and everything else about it.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Conveniently located near gas station, restaurant, etc. Nice sidewalks to walk on getting to those places.
I missed a connection flight and needed a bed. I picked the Hyatt House and was totally satisfied. Michael picked me up from the airport and was super friendly. Arturo (spelling ?) was fantastic and made me feel very welcome. I needed to leave for the airport at 3:30 am instead of 4 when the shuttle driver arrives. Lisa (i think) made this happen for me. What a great experience in the middle of a travel nightmare....in other words, light shining bright in darkness.

At the one i had my reservation months ago, was sold out. 12:30 in the night the moved us to another Hyatt farther from the one I chose. And the one we slept the sheets were dirty. Already used in both beds. Disgusting

Cons: Nothing
Only one night stay but very comfortable and clean. New very modern decor. Studio with king was awesome for us with two kids.

The proximity to DIA made our stay convenient and the shuttles ran on a regular basis. Despite occasional planes flying overhead, our room was quiet. Our only concern was that the alarm on the bedside clock woke us at 3:30 a.m., probably set by a prior guest.
