Overall the property was nice. A bit worn in places but very comfortable. Jeremy was a wonderful host. He got us checked in right away and took care of our every need with grace, speed and good cheer. Our room was comfy and the shower powerful and refreshing. Only down side was the shower drain was somewhat clogged and drained very slow.We will definitely stay here again because it is close to many of the venues we visit when we visit Denver.

Only thing holding me back from a 5 star is two separate times during our stay the maids came in when we told them we did not want our room cleaned. We said "no were good" and they still came in

Room furniture was dirty...needed to be replaced. Sink faucet pulled off the wall and no water was available at times. No dial tone on phone to call front desk. TV wasn't working when arrived. Curtains in breakfast area torn. Front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was very good. Hotel needs upgrading.

Overall a good stay. Like what the other reviews said, the property is a bit rundown, otherwise everything else was excellent. Jeremy at the front desk made check in a breeze and convenient. Breakfast options varied daily which is a plus. I got lucky and my room had a nice view of the mountains. The location is in a quiet neighborhood.

The room was clean, however there were a couple of things in the shower that looked like they were not fastened properly or had been damaged. Front desk staff were outstanding. breakfast food was good but nothing special.

The breakfast and pool were the best part! Staff were kind and friendly but the rooms could use some work/upgrades. The king one bedroom suites specifically. However I would book here again.

Staff is always friendly (Doug, Chris, Jeremy). Room we were in was okay. Will not get 1st floor again. View of parking lot and felt like people could look in. Blinds did not roll up (we had to manually try to get it rolled). Needs a remodel soon. But great location, fantastic hot breakfasts!!!

We stayed for 9 nights and the room we got was well equipped and spacious (1 bedroom and 1 kitchen - living room), the water pressure in the shower was great. We had good sleep during our stay. The room carpet was a little run down with stains so it look a little dirty. The breakfast is included and had some good reasonable options. No complains on this matter!!! They have free parking.

Great staff, professional, hospitable, with warm smiles. The hotel itself feels like it’s in transition. The common areas’ amenities are modern but the furniture and fixtures in my room were outdated, dimly lit and I just couldn’t figure out how to turn on one of the lamps bedside. My suite had 2 TVs. A larger, newer one in the sitting area and a smaller, older one in the bedroom. The sliding glass doors to the balcony also had challenges with closing (less of a security concern since my room was not on the ground floor. Overall, it’s an ok place and I hope they upgrade the finishes in the rooms - go all the way!

I just stayed here for a week, and would recommend this hotel to anybody. The room I was in wasn’t anything special but nice and clean and well kept. The staff are what made this hotel for me. Staff and service were 12/10. If you’re lucky you’ll get Doug at the front desk, give that guy a raise! The breakfast is better than most hotel included breakfasts in my opinion. Great lobby area to relax. Fair priced. Pool and hotel were nice as well.

Faucets in both sink and shower were very hard to gauge and handles were loose. Also called front desk one night about five times over 20 minutes to set wake up call and nobody answered
