Hotel is perfectly placed away from the downtown traffic but close enough where you can get anywhere in 30 minutes or less. Pool was great, hotel was very clean and staff was very polite.

Lovely hotel

Posted Aug 29, 2015
Pros: Our room was comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and the hotel was in a great location.
Cons: We would change nothing.
Location: We were attending a wedding and it was within a mile of the hotel and visiting long time friends was closed by.
Hotel was close to all the functions we were attending. We had a very enjoyable stay and would stay there again.

Beautiful suite, accomodating staff good breakfast

Posted Aug 27, 2015
Pros: Staff were super in helping with any request. Newer hotel with nicely furnished rooms and really complete kitchen (incl. dishwasher & disposer)
Cons: Bed was made up with very nice but way too heavy comforter, it was August after all. Later found light blanket in the closet, but maid still made up r
Location: Lots of restaurants/coffee shops/sports bars in the area, most in walking distance. In tech center area of Denver so convenient for business travelers
Were booked for a upper story room long way from entrance but needed closer, staff quickly accomodated our request. Flat screen tv in living room and bedroom, both worked well but a tv guide would have been nice, by the time we scrolled through channels to find something, 1/2 of show was over. Nice pool area and hot tub although we didn't use either. Complimentary breakfast was very good, lots of offerings from fresh fruit, juices, yogurt, cereal, scrambled eggs, egg & cheese bagels with bacon, sweet rolls, waffles, and more delicious choices.

Pros: Close to transportation, restaurants and easy access.
Cons: Have staff educated on customer service.
Have stayed at Hampton Inns before and this was much like the others except that the room was a lot smaller then others. The king size bed took up most of the room. There was about a three foot area around the bed to walk. Only place to sit was at the small desk. Ran out of tissue the first night and was never replaced. The breakfast was very tasty. Staff that served was very slow. One morning did not open up until 6:20. Was suppose to open up at 6:00. Came done one morning and the coffee was empty at 7:00am. Same morning there were no forks out. Took staff 10 minutes to put out more.

Ok hotel close to down town and shopping

Posted Aug 19, 2015
Pros: The breakfast was ok, and it was nice that they offered something at happy hour in the evening!
Cons: Needs updating! And better advertising!
Location: There were good restaurants near by and some shopping
First arrived staff very pleasant, but didn't seem very happy when asked for clean sheets for pull out and a heavier blanket. Room was way smaller than it looked in the add on line, if I had known this I would never have booked it! Bathroom sucked it had the sink in an open area where the light would shine on whom ever was trying to sleep in the main bed, the only access to it was thru the main bedroom which also sucked! Room also needed updating!

A Personal Touch

Posted Aug 16, 2015
Pros: It was about 2 blocks from a freeway, so that was far enough away that we didn't have roadway noise. The breakfast staff was attentive & organized.
Cons: An upgrade to the sofa bed mattress. It would be better if it were more dense or firm.
Location: We did not utilize the location other than the access to the highway.
The hotel staff let my mother and I check in an hour early. We'd been driving for 8 hours and they very nice to let us do this and rest before we had to pick up our other guest from the airport. They had a nice variety of breakfast items and several nooks and dining areas that were adequate for those that came - areas for talking, reading, and watching TV all while having breakfast. I never felt rushed to eat. I liked the kitchen feature and being able to close off that area from the bedroom. The bedroom occupants went to bed earlier than the one on the sofa bed. It was great that they had a TV in the bedroom and where the living/kitchen area.

Quiet in the city

Posted Aug 10, 2015
We were well greeted, signed in and directed to the elevator within 20 feet of the front desk. We went to our room on the second floor where we found a lovely clean roomy suite. Unfortunately, both of us are disabled, and it was a LONG journey to a suite that was not handicap accessible. When I commented at the desk, I was told that my reservation did not include that necessity. I realized that it was not the fault of the hotel, but of communication between Expedia and the hotel. Since the hotel was entirely booked, there was really nothing we could do. We trudged up and down the long hallway for three long days. The hotel is beautiful, tucked away from traffic noise. Our room was immaculate, and aside from the fact that the coffee and other accessories had not been replenished for our last night. I mentioned that to the desk as we checked out. Aside from the communication issue, it was a wonderful value and a comfy haven.

Staff was fantastic and the room with a full kitchen and living room was an incredible deal for the money. Clean and convenient to Aurora and the surrounding area.
