Nice hotel close to the interstate.

Pros: The room was clean.
Cons: Mechanical noise in bathroom was rather loud.
Location: Easy access to interstate.
Easy check in and check out process. Employee was polite and informative.

Everything was standard Hampton quality, however, my only complaint was the shower pressure, it was pretty weak, and the shower head was broken.

Pleasant surprise.

Pros: Breakfast was the best
Cons: Very pleasant
Location: Did not have an opportunity to go anywhere as was late and we were traveling.
Expected much less for the price. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous! NOT just the plain fare found in most hotels. We will continue to use Hampton in the future.

Very comfortable place.

lt was a nice stay, but it is difficult to find as Trainstation Circle is not recognized by the car GPS ( new car) or by MapQuest. Hotel has been there several years so you need to lean on those mapping folks. I will also mention a really small issue. The night light in the bathroom is a really nice touch, BUT you need to use LEDs as the life of an old fashioned bulb is way too short.

Friendly Staff, nice room and amenities - I also think Roman Reigns will probably win the WWE Heavyweight Championship tournament at Survivor Series..... and you can take that to the bank.....or not its your life. Go CANES!!!!

Big turn off at departure when we asked for bottle of water. Clerk said not available since we weren't elite guests. This attitude after three days as your guest seriously clouds our thoughts of ever returning to this hotel. Daniel & Sharon Krause

I do apologize you were not given a free bottle of water during your departure, however we do sell water in our gift shop as well as have two containers of water up at the front desk.
