歩いて行ける範囲にレストラン、コンビニがあって便利

空港から12マイル、シャトルバスで20分弱。タクシーの場合は50ドル弱。歩いて数分のところに数軒のレストラン、コンビニがあるので便利。

Decent hotel

Pros: Beds were comfortable.
Cons: Employee attitude.
Location: This hotel was a distance from the airport but I chose this one on purpose because it was closer to the place we were attending for the weekend.
I've stayed at other Garden Inn's. This one was a bit disappointing. The employees were not friendly, wasn't greeted by either the front desk employees nor the servers at breakfast. It was like they didn't want to be there. Otherwise, OK.

Really nice hotel.

Great location. 5 minutes to airport. Many food options right next door. Beautiful area to go for a walk. Staff was really friendly. They seem.....happy. was fun. Will certainly stay again!

Nice but a bit out of way

Pros: Cool little spot.
Cons: Nothing major
Location: Love Aurora , good food friendly people.
Everything was really fine , just was a bit out of way for me but not big deal...tough to find rooms anyway.

Adequate hotel for a stay between flights

Pros: Amazing staff. The reception staff and breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. Very cheery!
Cons: I had an excellent hot omelette, made to order. However, the other " hot" item at the buffet, which I added to my plate, were cold.
Location: Good location from airport....take hotel shuttle. We did not explore outside the hotel; no time.
We took an efficient shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The check in was quick, and my reservation was as promised. The night staff was very friendly. The room was adequate, about what you would expect for an inexpensive Hilton Garden room. The room was clean, quiet and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast staff and morning reception was awesome too.

Weekend Anniversary Trip

Pros: Comfort and "homey" feeling: cookies, water, friendly staff, wonderful small cocktail bar with hospitable service.
Location: We stayed here for proximity to airport after beer tasting in Denver. Near the hotel are a variety of family restaurants.
Any hotel that greets you with fresh cookies and "spa" water is already high on my "great hotel" list! The hotel offers a beautiful foyer with seating, a bar off to the right, and registration desk directly past the irresistible cookies. Front desk staff were charming, helpful, and were thoughtful to enquire as to our interests in the area in order to help with ideas/directions. We used to hot tub and pool, both being not too chlorinated so someone sensitive as myself can actually get in and enjoy. The rooms were spacious, well decorated, and offered amenities such as microwave, Keurig, and fridge. Shuttle to the airport was an added bonus. We really loved our stay, and will stay again here when back in the area.

Nice hotel except the bed was terrible.

Air filled natress does not work. I would not return for this reason alone. 2 nights of sleep wasted.

Great hotel near the airport!

Free shuttle from the airport made it convenient. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was amazing, closest bed to our own memory foam of our three week vacation. Close to restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Exceeded expectations

We got in late, but everything was waiting, ready and exceptional. The staff is friendly and attentive. You can't even tell you are never the airport it is so quite.

Poor Customer Service

Cons: Shuttle Service and customer service training for your staff.
The horrible shuttle service I've experienced. Waited 1 1/2 hrs for a ride. You have three or more hotels utilizing one bus...on a Friday evening....are you kidding me. And barely received a voucher for a seat for my morning departure. I nor any of my employees will ever stay there again! Very unsatisfactory service and the staff wasn't helpful!
