Great stay. Very clean rooms with comfortable bedsPosted Oct 12, 2015
We had a great time on Denver and loved the hotel. Great location near 16th street and not to bad of a walk to the Pepsi Center for the Avalanche game.

Purse got stolen right outside hotel on a bench. Staff didn't seem to concerned. Offered to call police. Room was fine. Had to wait till after 3pm to check in. Stayed at downtown Denver location.

Great downtown locationPosted Oct 7, 2015
Pros: (See above.)
Cons: It would be fantastic if you could offer a REASONABLY priced shuttle to and from airport.
Location: 16th Street mall is close so nice restaurants and bars were nearby. Otherwise, you need to have transportation to stadium and airport.
We stayed at the hotel for a Broncos game. Shuttle to the game was $7 per person so pretty convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful, location was good, room was awesome. The only drawback is transportation to and from the Denver airport. Travelers should be prepared that it's not easy (or cheap). When planning a trip here, your budget needs to include $50 each way for a cab or a vehicle rental (which includes downtown parking). A definite hassle as far as planning is concerned. Great time overall, though.

Good hotel, noisy roomsPosted Sep 21, 2015
Pros: Good location, excellent, friendly staff, and very clean.
Location: Don't miss Sam's No. 3 Diner, for breakfast, located on 15th St & Curtis.
The hotel would have been excellent, if it weren't for the noise in the rooms. The air conditioning system, housed on the roof, means that the top floor rooms (which we paid extra, for the view) are very noisy, to the extent that it is very difficult to sleep. We were moved 3 floors down, and the room was less noisy, but their general air conditioning system was still audible. NB, this was not the air conditioning in the room, it was the general system for the whole building.

Nice quiet hotel near Convention CenterPosted Sep 12, 2015
Pros: Location, receptionist and lobby area.
Cons: It took 5 minutes to get HOT water every time we use it whether it was the shower & wash basin. The air conditioner was noisy every time we used it.
Location: Hotel located a few blocks from 16th Street mall and walking distance to transportation and food eatery.
Our hotel was located in a nice quiet safe area across from the Convention Center. We liked the lobby area where you can get self-serve coffee in the morning, ice cold lemon-lime water in the afternoon and pick up a daily newspaper. We found the receptionists were friendly, courteous and very helpful. We enjoy the convenience of the microwave and coffee maker. The negative side- it took 5 minutes to get HOT water every time we use it whether it was the shower or wash basin and the air conditioner was noisy every time we used it.

Nice hotel close to the theatrePosted Aug 26, 2015
Pros: Clean, modern efficient. Great location.
Location: This is right downtown near the 16th St Mall and the entertainment complex.
We just needed a hotel to spend the night after the theater. The Hilton Garden was perfect, although a little pricey.
