Early check in?

Posted Aug 10, 2015
Hotel and staff were fine and friendly. But find it hard to understand how I could not get an early check in (at even 2pm) when the Normal check in is 300pm ((considering I made the request upon initial registration. I'd stay again.

Nice hotel

Posted Aug 8, 2015
Pros: Clean, friendly staff, great facilities. Easy drive to food, shopping. A bit of a drive to downtown though.
Cons: Probably option for harder, firmer pillows.
Location: Park Meadows Mall, 7 mins drive away has shopping and food. Also recommend Pho Lee and Cranellis Italian Restaurant which are also minutes away.
We (including wife and kids) came here after a few days hiking through Colorado Springs and Rocky Mountain National Park. It was a nice, comfortable change from the rougher living we went through. Clean, friendly staff, great facilities and good location. The only issue I had was with the pillows and bed which seemed softer than I'd like (but I do prefer unusually firm pillows, to be fair). Kids loved the availability of a pool and I appreciated the jacuzzi. Would stay again.

Nice comfortable Hotel

Posted Aug 3, 2015
Pros: It was clean and in a quiet area, outside was green and beautiful.
Cons: none
Location: we were surprised that everything, well almost everything we wanted to do and see were in close proximity to the hotel.
Only problem I had is I wanted to pay cash and was told they needed my credit card for any extra charges and I could pay cash on check out my card would not be charged. When I went to check out they charged my card upon check in so I was unable to pay cash. Other then that the stay was great. My husband always loved coming to Denver and now he is at the end of his illness progression we are trying to do what he can tolerate and this was our third trip and the city and it may be his last. so really want to thank everyone for his visit.

Very clean and comfortable

The lobby and rooms were very attractive. The beds were comfortable. Accommodations and breakfast were great. Wish they had a complimentary breakfast option but the paid breakfast was wonderful. I would stay here again.

Great hotel close to numerous restaurants

Posted Jul 28, 2015
Pros: Roomy, modern, and immaculate guest rooms.
Cons: Offer a free breakfast with each stay.
Location: This hotel is on the southeast side of Denver near Parker, CO. Note is very close to both I-25 and E470.
Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was a most welcome change from many of the cramped rooms we experienced as we vacationed in a number of states this summer. The HGI was roomy and comfortable. Rooms were modern and clean. My family was very satisfied with our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Fell short of expectation.

Posted Jul 21, 2015
Pros: Friendly staff and clean hotel.
Cons: Beds and breakfast.
Hotel staff was great and very pleasant lobby. Room was very nice and appeared clean. Bed was uncomfortable. Went to lobby for snack and saw a sign in lobby about their beds - they are like a sleep number bed. No where in the room was their any information on the bed and how to adjust. Had the desk staff not told us when we asked we would have not known. Even after making adjustments the bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast was not included in the room and was $12.50 per person. The food left a lot to be desired. Buffet foods were cold so we went back for a made to order omelet. Texture was very strange as the eggs had bubble holes in them. We believe they use some pancake batter in the egg mixture to hold the eggs together. Not wonderful. Will not stay at this hotel again. Staff was great, place was clean but did not like the bed and would not pay $12.50 again for the breakfast.

Excellent Stay

A quiet hotel with friendly staff. From the front desk to the lounge/restaurant, it was a great experience. It was a great selection and I look forward to staying again.
