Enjoyed the stay

Pros: The clean quiet room and the location of the hotel.
Location: The location of the hotel is great with easy access to various area in Denver.
The room was very nice and clean. The hotel location is very quiet with no highway noise. I have stayed at this hotel before and will stay there again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was close to my meetings and they provided a quick shuttle to the meeting.

Reasonable price right by the Tech Center

Room was adequate even if the windows opened to the HVAC on the roof. Reasonably quiet and everything worked. The restaurant off lobby serves a nice breakfast and the fitness center was good.

Great Hotel with great access

Pros: Clean and nice bathroom
Location: Easy access to I-25
This is a great Hotel. Come to Denver 5 to 6 times a year and always try to stay here.

The only negative thing I can say about this hotel is about their "incidental fee" ...they say it gets refunded once u check out, sometimes taking up to 48 hours, however, I checked out on the 29th before checkout time. Its now tues nov 1st and i still haven't gotten that money they say gets refunded back yet.

Dear Ginny, I apologize if there was any confusion over the hold for incidentals. The hotel welcomes any guest who wishes to pay cash for their stay. However, to cover unexpected and incidental charges, the hotel requires a valid credit card. We gladly accept debit cards as a valid method of payment here at the Hilton Garden Inn. Once your debit card has been swiped in to our system, the process of acquiring an approval begins. The system will automatically try for authorization based on the room rate you are paying, an incidental factor and your length of stay. If authorization is approved, your issuing bank (not Hilton) will then place a hold in your bank account for the amount requested. Any amount that is authorized and then not spent may take up to five business days or longer after you check out to release. We apologize for any inconvenience.

A place to stay while visiting relatives

Pros: Close to where family lives. Easy to reach from airport.
Cons: Get some decent beds. The pseudo-adjustable ones they have now are just awful. Use all cotton bed linens. They breath much better than a mix.
Not in the room a whole lot as we were visiting relatives who live nearby. The beds were just terrible, even though they were supposed to be adjustable. Air conditioning would not go low enough to sleep well. Window would only open about 4".

Nice hotel, nice price, ok staff.

The price was great, the non refundable part makes me uncomfortable, luckily nothing happened to make us miss our trip. You have to pay for the same breakfast you get for free at other Hilton hotels. Room was clean and comfortable and the housekeeping staff were very nice. The front desk staff however is another story completely. They could care less about you, even though there's a sign right on the counter that guarantees your happiness or you don't pay. Maybe that's Denver comedy?
