The only negative thing I can say about this hotel is about their "incidental fee" ...they say it gets refunded once u check out, sometimes taking up to 48 hours, however, I checked out on the 29th before checkout time. Its now tues nov 1st and i still haven't gotten that money they say gets refunded back yet.

I apologize if there was any confusion over the hold for incidentals. The hotel welcomes any guest who wishes to pay cash for their stay. However, to cover unexpected and incidental charges, the hotel requires a valid credit card. We gladly accept debit cards as a valid method of payment here at the Hilton Garden Inn. Once your debit card has been swiped in to our system, the process of acquiring an approval begins. The system will automatically try for authorization based on the room rate you are paying, an incidental factor and your length of stay. If authorization is approved, your issuing bank (not Hilton) will then place a hold in your bank account for the amount requested. Any amount that is authorized and then not spent may take up to five business days or longer after you check out to release. We apologize for any inconvenience.
