Had unsatisfactory interaction with staff. One of the elevators was out during my entire stay. My room had overly strong cleaning chemical smell.

The elevator was slow and making very loud noises. The other elevator was completely broken. The stairs take you outside, so you can not just take them up and down to be quicker. The restaurant/bar was not open on weekends. The workout facility was not nice at all, stuffy without good air flow, and no weight equipment other than the free weights. Not very inviting.

Heater/AC noisy and clicking would cause us to wake up every thirty minutes (awful). Mini fridge noisy and clicking also so we had to unplug. Elevators were broken and not functioning. Rooms are not well insulated and you can hear others speaking normal volume in neighboring room. No working lights (bulbs burnt out) in parking lot.

Quiet and comfortable stay
The Hilton Gsrden in is a comfortable place to staff. The place is immaculatly clean and thevstaff very friendly and helpful. Its a quiet location and a warm atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay!

Rooms very dirty, like absolutely disgusting. Only 1 working elevator that BARLEY worked, insane wait times for the elevator. Parking is extra money, breakfast is $18 a person ($19 on weekends) and there is no hot tub only a crappy pool. Internet barely worked unless you wanted to pay an additional $5 to use it. I should have looked into the property more and all the rediculous micro charges. What happened to just providing proper accommodations to guest for the price paid for the stay/room. I will never stay at a Hilton again if I am the one booking the room. There are MUCH better hotels that offer far more and don’t charge you extra for every little thing, and you actually get a clean room too.

Karen was so helpful and friendly! The room was comfortable. 1 Elevator was broken so it was often time consuming trying to get back to my room. The amenties were way over priced and not even 1 bottle of water was included in my room rate. I asked a night staff member to add my Hilton honors to my stay and they were unable to help. Not sure if I would stay there again. Most likely will try a diffferent hotel

Nice outdoor sitting area. There are a few convenient dining options in walking distance. Parking permit wasn't explained on check-in and only received info from initial paperwork when my tired eyes reviewed the next day. Would come back if in the area.

We needed to stay in Tech Center for convenience to family and friends. The place was fine - rooms a little dated - and only one elevator operating. Note that sign up for Hilton Honors is required for free internet otherwise charged $5. Thought I did the sign up but still charged 😅. Plus considering how much parking is available at the property there is still a daily parking fee.

The room, bathroom was so clean and comfortable. Loved the bed. Good coffee. The clerks very friendly. Breakfast not qorth the price, almost like complimentary breakfast at other hotels.

The front desk mgr & worker I interacted with were amazing! I told them my husband was on a business trip but I was surprising him last night & they hooked me up with wine glasses & offered chocolates as well. Super sweet! Room was clean. Facility is older but I felt pretty well kept. However, the room had a smell of feet which wasn't amazing, but it looked clean.

Shameless Hotel
Our reservation was two double rooms for two couples and four people. When we checking in, the receptionist asked for both ID card and credit card. but first credit card was shown invalid by the cash register, so he replaced it with another credit card. The payment was successful, and we also obtained the room cards for two rooms. a week later we found that “invalid credit card” had also been successfully paid for one room, the third room!!! We asked a friend nearby to go to the hotel to negotiate a refund, but the hotel claimed that we had booked three rooms and refused to refund. This is really nonsense. We neither need nor have booked a third room, nor have we received the room card for the third room. Isn't this too shameless?
