The hotel stay itself was nice. I had no issues and the individuals at the front desk were very helpful. The huge issue is the parking. I parked in the underground parking lot which had visible cameras hanging on the ceiling. My car was broken into overnight and a lot of valuable items were stolen. I was moving across the country - usually my car wouldn't have anything in it. Upon contacting the hotel, they admitted the garage cameras were not operational at all besides in the stairwell. Please be careful and if you choose to stay here do not leave anything in your car. I do regret choosing this inn and blindly relying that their garage cameras would deter theft. I'm heartbroken as many personal valuable items were stolen.

100% will stay again
We could not be more thankful for this hotel. We got stuck in Denver for snow and were in a hurry to find a family-friendly hotel. The staff was amazing, the facility was clean, we felt safe, and the surrounding area is very easy to navigate for non-locals with a lot of stores and restaurants close by without the stress of being directly in downtown Denver.

The rooms were clean. Staff were friendly, but didn't get our Hilton Honors cookies. Parking was close and easy. Restaurants within a 1 minute walk from hotel.

Short but great stay!
We stayed on NYE after going to an Avalanche game. The price was SO reasonable, especially compared to downtown. The room was comfortable, loved the little mini store next to the check in desk and the bar and bartender were fabulous. We'd for sure stay here again!

Mediocre breakfast
Breakfast could be better. The juice is watered down. One morning, my yogurt tasted bad, and it, as well as all the other yogurts, had expired. The bananas at breakfast were usually verging on black. There was no decaf coffee readily available. Very mediocre breakfast and could easily be a better one.

Key system needs refurbishing. Every time we used the key, we had to go back down to the lobby and get a new key. Key appears to work once and,have to be remagnitized.

It was honestly pretty run down and not very clean. There were bugs in the bathroom sink that kept coming out of the seams. Hair in the shower that wasn’t ours and there was a sketchy brown/red spot on the duvet cover.
