close to wedding

Pros: location, cleanliness
Cons: communication between expedia and hotel, although by phone I was told that I was speaking with the hotel and not expedia, so I don't understand
Location: good location. we wanted to see the columbine memorial which was closeby. close to great restaurants.
I specifically call the number for the hotel to upgrade to two beds and make sure there was a wheelchair available for my elderly mother. I paid for the upgrade and was assured that a wheelchair was available. when we arrived I was told by hotel staff that I must have spoken with expedia rather than the hotel because no such upgrade was noted nor was it available at the location. more upsetting, however, was that they had no idea about a wheelchair and one was not available for our stay. I was told the general manager would be notified and heard nothing more.

Comfortable beds. Had a great night sleep and clean room . Coffee maker availble with great shower!

Thank you Mary! Seems like you had an excellent visit, with all the amenities. While Hilton Garden Inn brand does not allow for an included breakfast, we hope you gave ours a try anyways! The cooked-to-order options are certainly worth the price!

Littleton's Finest?

Pros: Clean , comfortable and in a decent location. The staff was very professional and available.
Cons: My only detraction would be the lack of vending machines and the open floor plan of the bar lobby area.
Location: Movie theater very close, restaurants and strip malls all within a minute or two of the hotel.
This hotel was perfect for the money. I was in town for a family emergency and picked this hotel for its proximity to the local hospital. The hotel and staff made my stay comfortable and without any issues.

Hilton Garden Inn

Was only there for a night but it was one of the best hotels I've been to, the rooms were very nice and clean. Everything looked brand new. Was definitely one of the most comfortable stays at a hotel I've ever had.

Outstanding staff and great location

Tho the room was not the best I've ever stayed in it was still clean and functional. The highlight was every staff member was exceptionally warm and friendly and went above and beyond for me. The chef even cooked a special meal for me. I would stay there again in a heartbeat

The hotel was very quiet which is a quality I look for. The breakfast was very good and the waiter for breakfast was great. Only had one complaint no ventilation fan in bathroom. Overall a nice place to stay.

Great experience and the food was amazing at breakfast. The checkin was fast and the ability to purchase food in the middle of the night and charge to the room was perfect.
